With the constant reflection and critique of the traditional concepts of education, peopleincreasingly comprehensive understanding to instill examination-oriented education thenegative impact on the growth and development of young children, people began to changethe educational philosophy. In this case, the appreciation of education philosophy emerged. Inthe kindergarten sports activities, the teachers appreciated the various manifestations of thechildren in the learning and life, and found the advantages and strengths of young children,found that young children’s glittering, recognition and praise them for their actions results, tohelp promote children more active to learn and to help young children more optimistictowards life. The reward is very common means of education in kindergarten education,which is one of the important methods frequently used by the teachers in the management ofearly childhood learning and life. The reward have an important impact on the healthy growthof young children, it has been recognized by the education sector.However, from the current kindergarten education teaching practice situation, theteachers there are still many problems and shortcomings in the selection and use of the rewardstrategy. In view of this situation, I select two model kindergartens of the eastern and westernregions in China, to study the status of kindergarten teachers use rewards strategy, takingnon-participatory observation and non-structured interviews to investigate the six classes intwo kindergartens. The collected data is divided into three dimensions reward objects, oralreward strategy, action reward strategy, token economy reward strategy, these data systemsare classified and made a comprehensive analysis.There are five chapters in this dissertation:Chapter I: Introduction. First, literature from the three dimensions of spoken rewardstrategy, action, reward strategy, token economy reward strategies, draw on existing researchresults and found that the deficiencies in the existing research; after that, on this basis, thepaper presents the issues and the object of this thesis.Chapter II: Analysis of the survey of kindergarten teachers use the rewards strategy.Select the survey and the survey methodology and full investigation time guarantee toinvestigate and analysis the teachers in the use of oral reward strategy, action reward strategy,token economy reward strategies, and finally, I introduce the problem of teachers in the use ofvarious reward strategies.Chapter III: Study on kindergarten teachers use oral rewards strategy. First, I introducethe theoretical basis of the oral award. Secondly, I analysis and introduces the features of theoral reward strategy, the word Strategy and Context strategy features, and then propose theuse of these three strategies specific methods and points to note. Chapter IV: Study on kindergarten teachers use action reward strategy. First analyzes thetheoretical basis of the action reward strategy. Secondly, I analysis and introduces the featuresof the action reward strategy, such as facial expressions action reward strategy, gesturesreward strategy reward strategy and kinesic actions reward strategy, and then propose the useof these three strategies specific methods and points to note.Chapter V: Study on kindergarten teachers use token economy reward strategy. Firstanalyzes the theoretical basis of the token economy reward strategy. Secondly, I analysis andintroduces the features of the token economy reward strategy, such as physical token economyreward strategy, marked token economy reward strategy and activities token economy rewardstrategy, and then propose the use of these three strategies specific methods and points to note.
