Since the founding of The People's Republic of China,the government of China has promulgated many documents concerning national unity education.The party and the government attach great importance to the education of national unity and progress.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese nation's community" and "deepening the education of national unity and progress" are important core goals of national work and national education new era.This study is based on the pedagogy theory,the national unity theory of the Communist Party of China,and the national equality theory.It mainly analyzes and reviews the content of the policy content of national unity and progressive education in the 70 years since the founding of New China,supplemented by visual analysis,to summarize the nationalities of our country.The unity and progressive education policy's development characteristics explore the value of the national unity and progressive education policy and the shortcomings of its value realization and put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the existing shortcomings.The study is divided into the following four parts:The introductory part includes a review of related research on national unity and progressive education.Mainly reviewed the research results of the three aspects of national unity and progress education practice research,theoretical research,and policy research.Based on the literature review and guided by the theory of pedagogy,Marxist national unity theory,the Chinese Communist Party's national unity theory,and national equality theory,the research ideas and leading research methods of this research are put forward.The concepts involved are defined.Chapter One is "A Historical Review of my country's National Unity and Progressive Education Policy".This chapter longitudinally sorts out historical materials related to national unity and progressive education policy.It divides the national unity and progressive education policy into four stages,namely,the initial exploration period(1949-1977),the recovery development period(1978-1998),and steady progress.Period(1999-2011),the development period of the new era(2012-present).Briefly describe the content,objectives,and policy objects of the national unity and progressive education policies under different social and historical backgrounds.The second chapter,"visual analysis and policy value analysis of national unity and progress education policy text".This chapter first conducts a visual analysis of the national unity and progressive education policy in the 70 years since the founding of New China,clarifies the selection criteria of the policy text,and summarizes and summarizes the distribution of the release time of the policy text,the distribution of the main body,and the distribution of types.Furthermore,use NVivo11 to summarize the overall word frequency retrieval situation of the national unity and progress education policy and the word frequency retrieval situation at each stage,which summarizes the development logic characteristics of China's national unity and progress education policy.The content of national unity and progress education is gradually expanding,the responsibilities of the national unity and progress education policy release agencies gradually concentrated,the policy implementation objects gradually refined,and the content of national unity and progress education is gradually enriched.Besides,this chapter also explores the political value,cultural value,and educational value of national unity education.Chapter Three "Main Features of my country's National Unity and Progressive Education Policy Development".Based on the previous chapter's content,this chapter summarizes the logical characteristics of national unity and progressive education policy in China.The connotation of national unity and progressive education is gradually expanded.The responsibilities of the national unity and progressive education policy issuer are increasingly concentrated,the policy implementation objects are gradually refined,and the national unity and progressive education are gradually expanded—the content which gradually enriched.Chapter Four "Reflection and Prospect of the Development of National Unity and Progressive Education Policy in my country".According to the research,policy executors do not have a comprehensive understanding of the text of the national unity education policy;the evaluation system of the implementation effect of the national unity education policy is not perfect;the research team is uneven.In response to the above content,the second part of this chapter attempts to put forward four suggestions for the development of ethnic unity education policies:first,adhere to the national common language education to expand the scope of ethnic unity education;second,strengthen ethnic education legislation to promote ethnic unity education;Third,strengthen the training of teachers to meet the development needs of national unity education;fourth,enrich the form of national unity education to adapt to the normal development of national unity education.
