| Public participation is embodied in citizens’ participation in public affairs.Active public participation is conducive to cultivating people’s sense of responsibility and long-term development.With the promulgation of the new curriculum standards,public participation literacy has been condensed into one of the core disciplines of ideological and political disciplines.Students have public participation literacy,which can make students better adapt to the society in the future.This article uses questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods to investigate the status quo and cause analysis of cultivating students’ public participation literacy in high school ideological and political courses,combined with the relevant content of the compulsory three "Politics and Rule of Law" module,aiming to make suggestions for the cultivation of student literacy in ideological and political courses And strategy.This article is divided into the following three parts.The first part is an overview of the theories related to cultivating students’ public participation literacy in high school ideological and political courses.This part first sorts out the three related concepts of public participation,public participation literacy,and public participation literacy cultivation,and seeks the theoretical basis from the Marxist theory of human all-round development,the Marxist concept of practice,and the related theories of ideological and political education.The importance and value of cultivating public participation literacy.The second part is the analysis of the status quo and causes of cultivating students’ public participation literacy in high school ideological and political courses.Using questionnaires to study the current status of public participation literacy of high school students,the results show that although they have a certain degree of public participation literacy,there are still problems such as weak public participation awareness,insufficient public participation knowledge,and weak public participation behaviors..From this,analyze the reasons for the problems in the cultivation of public participation literacy,including: insufficient understanding of teachers,insufficient attention from students,insufficient contact between teaching content and life,constraints of traditional evaluation systems,and relatively closed campus environment.The third part is the implementation strategy of cultivating students’ public participation in high school ideological and political courses.Mainly include: teachers should change teaching concepts,enhance their own quality,select case materials,and improve teaching effects;students should change their ideas,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,and increase the degree of attention;fully dig out the content of the textbooks,mainly to compulsory three "Politics and the rule of law" Take the module as an example to enrich participation knowledge,implement activity-based subject courses,research courses and school-based courses;establish an evaluation mechanism with diversified evaluation subjects,diversified evaluation methods,and comprehensive evaluation content;strengthen the cultivation of public participation literacy in extracurricular activities,Organize comprehensive practical activities,set up diversified student organizations,and set up specialized classrooms with rich resources. |
