The healthy growth of children has been closely concerned by families,kindergartens and the society.Children's diet plays a decisive role in their health.Research shows that there are many forms of health risks in today's children,such as stunted growth caused by malnutrition and obesity caused by many causes.Children's health problems can also cause serious consequences for their physical and mental development.As early childhood is a critical period for physical and mental development,the consequences of health problems in this period are usually very serious,and even affect the development of the whole life.Healthy diet provides material basis for children's growth,and healthy eating behavior is of great significance for children to thrive.Children's 3-6 years old period is the golden period for the formation of good behavior habits,and the kindergarten is an important place for children to receive education in this period,in addition to the family,for children to receive healthy diet education in the kindergarten is the most effective way to acquire knowledge.In this study,a five-star kindergarten in Shenyang was selected as the experimental garden,and the healthy diet cognition and eating behavior of children in two big classes(N = 48)were cultivated by the method of before and after test in the same group.One class was the experimental class(N = 24)and the other was the control class(N = 24).By means of experimental classes to organize the implementation of all rich variety of diet health education activities,after the experiment with "the infant diet cognitive questionnaire" and "children's eating behavior questionnaire measurement experimental class and control class all children's eating cognitive and behavioral development situation,to explore the diet health education activities to promote children eating the validity of the cognitive and eating behavior,thus to teach young children a healthy diet is an effective means of cognition and eating behavior,and puts forward the corresponding education.According to the results of this study concluded as follows: through the use of "children's diet cognitive questionnaire" and "children's eating behavior questionnaire" to measure the results,after the experiment classes scores level ofchildren's eating cognition and behavior and control class kindergarten extremely significant differences,that diet health education activities can effectively promote the development of cognition and children diet eating behavior;There was no significant gender and age difference in the effect of diet health education on diet cognition and eating behavior of children in senior class.In this study,it is suggested that the kindergarten should construct the curriculum system of dietary health education activities,that the preschool teachers should be the supporters and guides of the children's healthy diet cognition and behavior,and that the home-based co-education can help to improve the children's dietary health cognition and behavior.
