With the deep development of the social transition, the China' current undergraduates are facing the big pressure of the society and psychology which will be more serious in the future. So the social needs are very urgent to strengthen the education of the psychological health and improve its level in the university. At present, in domestic universities, the time of carrying out the psychological health'education is very short and the theoretical studies and practice explores are not enough, so its function can not be given play fully. By other's fault, wise man correct their own, so this book on the base of the domestic and foreign research findings and combining the reality and character of the Chinese university's education of psychological health, approaches the probability of getting involved in the psychological health'education for the society and university, analyses theoretical foundation and reality basis of getting involeved, and brings forward two concrete patterns which try to push forward the reality involving in the university's mental health'education for the society and university.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, this thesis introduces the background and significance of this study, what's more, focuses on an overview of the involved concepts, including mental health education, mental health educational pattern, school psychological consultation, school social work and function of school social work. The two part, this thesis overviews the status quo of mental health educational pattern in China and co-operation of school social work and mental health education in china and abroad; analysis of China's lack of mental health education model, in the same time, indicates my country should learn from the United States and Hong Kong school co-operation experience of social work and mental health education to construct a new model of Mental Health Education. The three part, this thesis compares differences of the school social work and mental health education in feature, objectives, working methods, work objects, clearly definitude both the nature and authority of the work. The four part, this thesis expatiates theoretical basis and practical basis of the new pattern of school social work involvement in mental health education, and insure the science and exercise. The five part, creatively put forward two patterns of school social work involvement in mental health education, and distinguish the different in the two patterns., they are:involvement of school social work concept pattern, involvement of school social worker pattern. The content of involvement of school social work concept pattern including:(1)two important concepts of school social work, (2)work objects of involvement of school social work concept pattern, (3)implementary strategies of involvement of school social work concept pattern, (4)evaluations of involvement of school social work concept pattern. The content involvement of school social worker pattern of including:(1) work objects of involvement of school social worker pattern, (2)roles of school social worker versus mental health educator, (3)implementary strategies of involvement of school social worker pattern, (4)evaluations of involvement of school social worker pattern.
