Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the fleetly expansion of science and technology and the profound and lasting transformations in the economy and society,in all professions are adopted the profound influence.It is necessary to update concepts and content in a timely manner,adapt to the new educational concepts brought about by the development of educational science,and flexibly use scientific and technological means to solve various educational problems.it is necessary to persist to the fundamental concept of putting student first.we implente truly the request of students' core literacy of geography in the curriculum standards.How to pursue the balance between knowledge and the requirement of students' individual demand and intergrated development is a new challenge for geography teachers.The STSE instructive ideology can improve the validty of the cultivation in students' core literacy and emphasize the connect in science,technology,society and environment.The STSE educational idelogy pay close attention to let the students experience the connect different subjects with elements in problem solving in real situations.Through students' separate investigating learning thoroughly and the collaboration of learning among students,we can effectively cultivate students' creativity and logical consideration,and constitute correct emotions,attitudes and importance.As the first-hand materials that teachers and students contact in practical teaching,the quality and quantity of STSE education content in the textbooks is one of the important basis for effective STSE education in geography.Therefore,the research will be based on the representative high school geography textbooks published by the People's Education Edition.I select the high school geography textbook published by the People's Education Edition since the creation of the STSE educational philosophy,and contrast the STSE education motif and manifestation distinction in the first volume of each edition of the textbook according to the homologus curriculum standards.After the statistics and breaking down the STSE education themes,the principal text,teaching auxiliary materials,activities and reflection problem(reading and thinking)modules and question indagation(self-study window)modules of high school geography textbooks in different periods.Get the following results.First,through the exposition of the fundamental concepts,curriculum objectives and curriculum appraisal of the high school geography syllabus and curriculum standards in different periods.Pay attention to change the traits of fundamental geographical knowledge and the exorbitant decentralize of target.Whether it is from the basic concepts,curriculum goals or the way of curriculum evaluation,the new curriculum standard notices still further to the status of students' learning subjects and students' individual learning requirements than in the past.Teachers and students have even more direction and agilty in education.In the curriculum standards,it is obvious that the influence of STSE educational thought is turn into still further significant,and the quality of STSE educational content is steadily improving.Second,through the analysis of the STSE education content in high school geography textbooks in different periods,it is found that the selected content of the three editions of the textbooks is relatively comprehensive.Among them,the STSE education themes involved in the 2019 edition of the textbook are more comprehensive and scientific,and are compared with the previous two editions.Compared with the previous two editions of the textbooks,the level of life-oriented STSE education content has gradually improved,the covered STSE education themes are more balanced,and the STSE education ideas embodied in the different columns of the textbooks are more profound and comprehensive.Third,regarding the penetration of rational thinking and practical content,it can be discovered from the 2008 version of the textbook that the attaching importance to is on the developing of students' practical capacity and rational faculty.The content of the new version of the textbook further updates and adjusts the types and contents of practical activities on its basis.For the cultivation of students' practical ability and rational thinking,the install of practical movements is more according with the genuine standard and desire of the hodiernal geography teaching course,and better mirrors the requirements of STSE education and the training of geographic core literacy.Fourth,through the comparison of the characteristics of STSE education content in high school geography textbooks in different periods,the content layout of the 2019 edition of the textbooks is focusing on presentation in a gradual manner.The STSE education content of different themes pays more attention to the combination of graphics and text to enhance the intuitiveness and authenticity of the STSE education content presentation.At the same time,the size and function of the illustrations have also changed.The illustrations are larger and more integrated with the content of the textbook.the identical contents which can appeal to students' interest are improving the comfort and aesthetics of the geographical textbooks Illustrations have been making a conversion into a means of STSE education and fostering students' core literacy of geography from the primal auxiliary methods.Hence,the textbooks should sufficiently develop to the STSE educational function of the recent textbook illustrations in practical education.Acquiring the development characteristics of STSE education content in my country's senior high school geography textbooks,and waking up to that STSE conception in high school geography textbooks is momentous for developing students' core literacy in geography.It is prospecting that it can provide some judgement for the depicting and development of subsequent high school geography textbooks,and at the same time provide a certain reference for front line geography teachers to fully and accurately grasp the STSE educational resources in high school geography textbooks.Teachers can use this to make more effective STSE education cultivates students' literacy in geography.Enhance everyone's attention to geography STSE education.
