| Moral education not only directly affects the growth and development of students,but also affects the connection between students and society,so it has been paid more and more attention in the field of education.With the development of curriculum reform,credit system and course selection system have been widely implemented in senior high school at present,which also put forward new requirements for the development of moral education in senior high school.Under this background,the emergence of moral tutor system in senior high school is a brand-new auxiliary management system in order to meet the change of curriculum management in senior high school.The introduction of tutor system not only provides a new way and method for the relationship between teachers and students,but also becomes a new way for the relationship between teachers and students.The important way in the moral education teaching of students.The research of this paper combines the moral education teaching function of the tutor system in senior high school,through the study of the problems existing in the realization of the moral education value of the tutor system in senior high school,puts forward the perfect way to realize the moral education value of the tutor system.Hope to provide a certain theoretical basis and practical reference for the implementation of the tutor system in a wider range of the country.In the first part of this paper,the concept of moral education of high school tutor system is mainly expounded,and the generation and development of high school tutor system are introduced in detail.The implementation of the high school tutor system is not an empty wind,nor is it a single copy of the college tutor system,but a special tutor teaching system,which is extended on the basis of the teaching theory of multiple intelligences and combined with the characteristics of the high school stage teaching.It is not only the demand of high school curriculum reform,but also the demand of student development.The second part has carried on the feasibility analysis to the high school tutor system implementation,has carried on the exploration to its system construction.This part takes Jiyuan Senior Middle School of Henan Province as an example,and puts forward the construction system of middle school teacher system from three aspects:guiding ideology and policy,selection and duty of tutor,operation mechanism and activity process of tutor system.The third part analyzes the problems and reasons of middle school tutor system in practice.Based on the difficulties encountered in the implementation of tutor system in Jiyuan Senior Middle School from the aspects of family,school and society,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of school-running idea,teachers’quality,re-election mechanism between teachers and students,and evaluation and reward mechanism.The fourth part is the analysis from different angles,through the school,teachers and students of three aspects of different subjects,analysis and explore the high school tutor system in the process of moral education in the promotion of countermeasures and solutions.Because the students in high school are in the stage of rapid development and the teaching of moral education is facing the reality of students’life,it needs the common efforts of different teaching subjects.In the aspect of the school,the school should further change the traditional teaching concept,constantly perfect the selection mechanism and the teaching management system of the students’tutors,and put forward the diversified tutor system mode according to the reality of the teaching.On the part of teachers,they need to pay more attention to their own teaching elements.The consciousness of the teaching of moral education,especially the teaching of moral education,and the effective reflection through the development of day-to-day teaching,form a rich experience;the students need to establish the consciousness of independent and active learning,and realize the self-improvement through effective communication. |
