With the rapid development of the Chinese economy in recent years,Chinese society is changing day by day,and the main social contradictions are gradually evolving.In this context,academics turned to academic research,and the history of social life became a question in historical research.History teaching in secondary school also closely follows the trend of the times,closely follows the needs of reality and pays more attention to the implementation of social life history teaching.First of all,the teaching of the history of social life has an important value.The relevant expression of the social history content of the “General High School History Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)” reflects the importance of teaching the history of social life in high schools;a unified edition of high school history textbooks compiled in accordance with the requirements of curriculum standards set up a compulsory optional two "Economy and social life" introduced the theme of the history of social life;a large number of topics related to the history of social life also appeared in the new college entrance examination,or directly examine the content of the history of social life,or use the history of social life as a starting point to examine the economics behind it.,Political,ideological and cultural content.The above may explain that high school history teachers attach importance to the teaching of the history of social life is the trend of the situation and should be persistent.Second,the importance of teaching the history of social life makes the study of its current status in the teaching of history in high school of great value.By studying the status quo of social history education in secondary school history education,I summarized the current problems in social history education: distribution unbalanced content of social history in textbooks and lack of sufficient understanding of the importance of social history by some teachers.The teaching content and teaching method chosen by the teacher to teach the history of social life are inappropriate.Finally,in response to the problems mentioned above,teachers can start from two aspects of the selection of educational content and teaching methods: when selecting educational content,teachers should make full use of textbooks,update educational content over time and develop educational resources.from multiple channels;when choosing teaching content,teachers should make full use of textbooks,timely update teaching content and develop teaching resources from multiple channels;In the method,teachers can choose different teaching methods according to the actual situation in the classroom,outside the classroom,and off campus.
