In recent years,"subject core literacy" has gradually developed into a hot academic topic in the field of mathematics education in colleges and universities in China.The six core disciplines of higher mathematics education include logical reasoning,visual imagination,mathematical modeling,Data Analysis,mathematical operations and mathematical abstraction.Their relations seem to be very different,each has its own characteristics,but they blend together to form an organic whole.Among them,the quality of logical reasoning is not only a goal in the key ability training of our high school mathematics curriculum construction,but also a kind of basic mathematics quality that everyone must have in the contemporary society.Logical reasoning plays an important role in the development of students` mathematical ability,and plays an important role in the research of mathematics and the development of students` life.Senior high school students are in the most critical period in the development of the comprehensive quality of logical reasoning,so we should make a comprehensive investigation on the level of senior high school students` logical reasoning ability,it is very necessary to put forward scientific and effective education and training strategies according to the problems reflected in the survey.This article has carried on the quite detailed elaboration to the present education background.Referring to the literature at home and abroad to define the relevant mathematical concepts,and according to the literature review and the?New Curriculum Standard?,from three knowledge and skill,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values,the paper sets up the test paper of mathematical logic reasoning literacy.This article uses the literature method,the questionnaire survey method to carry on the research,to understand the degree of students` love for mathematics study,the analysis and treatment of student`logical reasoning problems,the use and reflection of students` logical reasoning ability,the importance attached by teachers to the improvement of students`logical reasoning ability,a questionnaire was developed to evaluate students`logical reasoning ability.SPSS24.0 and EXCEL forms were used to analyze the data of the returned questionnaires and test papers,and the research results were obtained.The data show that senior high school students`mathematics logical reasoning ability has not achieved the ideal level,students lack of interest in logical reasoning,can not use correct learning methods and strategies,students lack of induction of knowledge in the process of learning mathematics knowledge;In the course of teaching,the teacher only emphasizes the basic knowledge but neglects the cultivation of ability,and in the way of teaching,the teacher only pays attention to the correct answers to the questions but not to the deep research of the thinking.In the light of the problems found in the investigation,this paper puts forward the methods and strategies for cultivating the logical reasoning ability of senior middle school students,which are: cultivating students` interest in learning mathematics;training logical reasoning thinking and language;cultivating the "four bases",to develop "four abilities";to use learning methods and strategies as a whole;to develop self-reflection and self-summary,so as to help high school students to improve their ability of mathematical logic reasoning.
