Research On The Group Work Of Rural Centralized Support Of "five Guarantees For The Elderly" Spiritual Comfort From The Perspective Of Social Support Network

At present,China is still the country with the largest elderly population in the world,and the old-age pension problem is becoming more and more prominent,and the old-age pension in rural areas is a typical representative.The rural five guarantees old people are the most special and the most vulnerable group of the rural old people who lack the ability to help themselves,and there are more pension difficulties.Since the revision and promulgation of the Regulations on Rural Five Guaranties Work in 2006,the state has issued a series of policies to meet the material needs of the five guarantees elderly,but the spiritual needs have not been paid enough attention,and the current situation has aroused concern.Based on this situation,this paper takes social work practice as an opportunity to understand the spiritual life problems and needs of the "five guarantees elderly" in L nursing home by means of interview and observation,and finds that the elderly lack of family support,single entertainment,insufficient social communication,low sense of self-worth,and lack of cultural education.Based on this,the author attempts to analyze the social support network of the elderly from the perspective of social support network theory,supplemented by the theory of advantage perspective,using group work to provide services and respond to the spiritual life problems of the elderly.Through the development of group activities,a communication platform is built for the group members,the interaction between the group members is enhanced,the mutual support network is established among the group members,and the emotional support,emotional support,cognitive support,self-esteem and self-worth support among the group members are given full play.At the same time,personal resources should be enhanced to help the cognitive reconstruction of group members,so as to finally meet the needs of the elderly in Wubao for family affection,social interaction,entertainment,self-realization and cultural education,improve the quality of life and enrich their spiritual life.
