In the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the CPC Central Committee promulgated the decision of the CPC Central Committee on several major issues of deepening reform,which first established "cultivating morality" as the fundamental task of education,and pointed out the direction for the future reform and development of education.As an important part of school education,physical education also undertakes the important task of promoting the realization of "cultivating morality" project.In recent years,mindfulness has become one of the hot issues in academic research,and has been widely used in various situations from clinical to classroom.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to test the feasibility,effectiveness,effect and practical value of mindfulness in junior middle school physical education through teaching experiments.It is expected that the combination of mindfulness and physical education can promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students and provide a way of thinking for enriching school physical education.This paper focuses on the application of mindfulness in junior high school physical education teaching by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.In the way of empirical research,two classes were randomly selected in grade two of a middle school in Nanning city.The experimental class was given mindfulness based Taijiquan teaching three times a week for 12 weeks.The control class was given the same amount of physical education as the experimental class.Mindfulness scale and attention network test were conducted before and after the teaching.Results:(1)after mindfulness Taijiquan teaching,the scores of alertness network and executive control network in the attention network test of the experimental group had significant changes(P <0.01;P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the directional network(P > 0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference in the scores of each network data in the attention network test before and after teaching(P > 0.05).(2)The experimental group after mindfulness Taijiquan teaching,mindfulness level score has significant change(P < 0.01),the control group before and after teaching mindfulness level score has no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)There was a significant positive correlation between mindfulness level score and alertness network score(r= 0.592,P < 0.05);there was no significant correlation between mindfulness level score and directional network score(P > 0.05);there was a significant negative correlation between mindfulness level score and executive control network score(r =-0.753,P < 0.01)The research conclusions are as follows:(1)it is feasible to combine mindfulness with junior middle school physical education in China,which provides new ideas for enriching school physical education.(2)Integrating mindfulness into physical education can effectively improve the mindfulness level of junior high school students.(3)Integrating mindfulness into physical education can significantly improve junior high school students' attention network function,which can improve junior high school students' attention alertness efficiency and executive control ability.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between mindfulness level and attention vigilance network,and a significant negative correlation between mindfulness level and attention executive control network.
