In recent years,it has been a widespread concern to improve students' sports motivation and efficiency.Sports motivation and efficiency will directly affect students'understanding of sports and indirectly affect their physical and mental health.The experience of flow is the best state of self-absorption and enjoyment achieved by individuals in the process of sports,which is conducive to improving individuals'enthusiasm and motivation for sports,making individuals to maintain a good psychological state,and can significantly improve the efficiency of sports.After experiencing the flow of sports,students will take part in sports more actively and become more enthusiastic about sports,which will indirectly improve their physical health and psychological quality.Therefore,we can find that the experience of flow is of great significance and plays an important role in sports.How to promote students to achieve flow in sports has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to explore whether mindfulness and cognitive flexibility have an impact on the tendency to experience flow,this paper,after reviewing the relevant studies on flow experience,mindfulness and cognitive flexibility,discusses the interaction between the three variables.Revised Chinese version of flow experience scale-2,five-factor mindfulness scale and cognitive flexibility Stroop test were used to test students in a middle school in xi'an.The research methods include literature researc h,questionnaire survey,experiment logic analysis and mathematical statistics.Descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze and interpret the data.The results showed that the level of mindfulness was positively correlated with the experience of motion fluency in junior middle school students,and the level of mindfulness was a good predictor of the tendency of motion fluency;Cognitive flexibility has a significant influence on junior middle school students' experience of motor fluency,cognitive flexibility is a good predictor of the tendency of motor fluency;Mindfulness levels can affect cognitive flexibility;Mindfulness can improve students'tendency to experience flow by influencing cognitive flexibility.Conclusion:1.On the whole,boys' overall evaluation of fluency is better than girls'.2.The level of mindfulness and cognitive flexibility were significantly correlated with the experience of motion flow in junior middle school students.3.Mindfulness level was significantly correlated with cognitive flexibility.4.Mindfulness is an intermediate variable between cognitive flexibility and junior high school students'tendency to experience motor fluency.That is to say,cognitive flexibility is not the variable that directly causes junior high school students' tendency to experience fluency in sports.When cognitive flexibility and mindfulness are used as independent variables,these two factors can predict the flow experience of junior high school students.Suggestions:Flow experience can motivate individual to actively participate in sports and feel fun and enthusiasm in sports,so that students can actively overcome other factors when their internal motivation and external motivation conflict,so the role of fluency experience in sports should be paid attention to.Flow experience is an enjoyable experience achieved by individual in the process of physical activities,and it is an optimal state.The level of mindfulness affects the tendency of junior high school students to experience flow.When improving junior high school students' tendency to experience flow,attention should be paid to the effect of mindfulness level and cognitive flexibility on j unior high school students.Flow experiences have an important impact in different areas,such as computer games,music,learning,and competitive sports and other sports.Training students to experience flow in sports also needs attention.Student sports interest and motivation can be improved through the strengthening of flow experience,so we need more theoretical research and feasible method,and further improve students' flow experience in the sports,targeted in the sports teaching to let students achieve smooth state,increase students' interest in sports.And their physical health and mental health level can develop well.
