Under the guiding ideology of "health first" and the educational policy of all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor,our country pays more and more attention to school physical education and students’ physique.In order to adapt to the background of vigorously promoting the reform of school physical education in our country,we should integrate the Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics into the big break,effectively enrich the content of students’ activities,cultivate and harvest fun in the exercise,and promote the improvement of students’ physique.While completing the function of physical education,we should give full play to the function of aesthetic education value in physical education,and cultivate the aesthetic taste and humanistic quality of primary school students.Research purposes: through the research on the integration of Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics in primary school big break,find out the existing problems and constraints,put forward the promotion path of Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics into primary school big break sports activities.On the one hand,the integration of Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics into campus enriches the content of big break,arouses students’ interest in big break,and provides reference for the diversification of big break activities;On the other hand,we should popularize the popular Rhythmic Gymnastics by taking the popular rhythmic gymnastics as the incision and the big break sports activities as the starting point,so as to lay a solid foundation for the talent reserve of rhythmic gymnastics children.Research methods: by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes "Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics into primary school break" as the research object,12 primary schools in six urban areas of Taiyuan City as the research object,and Binhe primary school as the case study object.This promotion selects the individual action of seven level ball exercises in the 2018 version of public rhythmic gymnastics.This set of movements is simple and in line with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the third grade students.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1、The integration of Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics into primary school big break sports activities is the performance of quality education,which conforms to the development requirements of school sports about big break,enriches the content of big break activities,is beneficial to the development of students’ physical and mental quality,and is conducive to the construction of healthy and harmonious school culture.2 、 Through the investigation of primary school break sports activities,it is found that the main factors affecting the integration of Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics into primary school break sports activities are weak teachers,insufficient attention of schools,low public awareness and unclear policy support.3、The promotion path of Mass Rhythmic Gymnastics into primary school big break sports activities:(1)strengthen the construction and training of teachers;(2)Combined with national policies,the promotion should be implemented;(3)Establish diversified promotion mode:teaching promotion,mass media promotion,performance competition promotion,athlete effect promotion;(4)Build a "four in one" linkage promotion system.
