With the continuous improvement of living standards,people's material needs have been greatly improved.However,the physical quality of the population has further declined.In order to improve the physical quality of the people,especially the young people,the implementation of the Physical Education and health curriculum is particularly important,however,in order to meet the requirement of "one hour of exercise every day" set out in the regulations on school physical education,it is far from enough to rely only on the teaching of Physical Education and health courses in schools,therefore the campus big break activity has become one of the important ways to realize the primary and middle school student sports activity.In 2014,the sports and Health Department of the Ministry of Education also advocated the reform of school sports,proposing the reform of "one school,one product" in school sports,which has injected new vitality into the development of school sports activities,it also makes the content forms and organization ways of the large-sized break-time sports activities more diverse than the traditional break-time calisthenics,which can not only promote the interest of the middle and primary school students in participating in the large-sized break-time activities,moreover,it has obvious influence on students' physical health and mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors and promoting ways of large-class activities in Hefei primary schools under the background of “one school,one product”.This paper uses the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire survey,Comparative Analysis,Expert Interview and Mathematical Statistics,the study was conducted in schools with brand-name special breaks in Hefei and those without brand-name special breaks,this paper analyzes the contents,teachers,students and the factors that affect the development of large-scale recess activities in these two types of schools.This paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages of Hefei primary school physical education large break activities,which can promote the later development of large break activities.The findings suggest:1.All primary schools in Hefei can carry out large break activities in response to the response of the Ministry of Education,but there are certain differences in the implementation of large break activities between schools that have already formed special large break activities and those that have not,for example,there are different differences in the form of organization,content,teachers,students' attitude,leaders' attention and campus propaganda.(1)The leaders and teachers of primary schools in all regions attach great importance to the development of large-scale recess activities,but some schools still have some problems in the actual development of large-scale recess activities,for example,the organization and management is not scientific enough,the lack of supervision and organization,security problems and so on.(2)The majority of students in Hefei primary schools showed high motivation to participate in large-scale recess activities,and there were differences between boys and girls in the choice and motivation of large-scale recess activities.Some primary schools still use the broadcasting calisthenics of colorful sunshine,which is a set routine implemented by the Ministry of Education,in the calisthenics of large-class activities.Compared with the primary schools which innovatively adapt the calisthenics,the students are less active in participating.(3)Some primary schools in Hefei can not meet the needs of students' activities in the field,facilities and equipment,and the shortage of teachers for Special Sports Activities Restricts the development of large-scale recess activities.Therefore,the suggestions that can be drawn from the investigation of this study are:(1)Hefei primary schools can combine their own teachers and facilities to carry out large break activities;We should encourage local schools to carry out characteristic innovation on the basis of students' physical and mental health,and strengthen school leaders to pay attention to large class break activities and create good publicity of campus activities.(2)the organization,Management and supervision of large breaks need to be improved in the development of large breaks,while school leaders should attach importance to the improvement of facilities and venues and organize physical education teachers to organize or supervise by grade or region;To prevent students from carrying out dangerous activities,regularly arrange relevant personnel to carry out maintenance and inspection of sports equipment and facilities,to prevent students from accidents in sports.(3)primary schools need to ensure that,on the premise of the regular implementation of large-scale recess activities,students' enthusiasm for large-scale recess activities is enhanced and the penetration rate is increased.(4)strengthening the construction of physical education teachers,giving full play to the special skills of physical education teachers,and enriching the contents of large-scale recess activities,so that large-scale recess activities can become one of the ways to enhance students' physique and create campus sports culture.
