In order to promote the curriculum reform of basic education,the Ministry of Education has advocated the use of issue-based teaching methods by front-line teachers in the 2017 edition of high school ideological and political curriculum standards.Topic is the core of topic teaching,which runs through the teaching activities.Valuable topics help to inspire students' thinking,cultivate students' core quality of subjects,make teaching activities always revolve around exploratory topics,and achieve curriculum objectives.As the most important part of topic teaching,issue design should be paid attention to by high school ideological and political teachers.However,due to the fact that the research on issue and issue teaching in China is still in the initial stage,the theoretical achievements and practical experience are relatively few,leading to a series of problems in the topic design of front-line teachers.The author will use the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,observation method and experience summary method to further study the issue design of high school ideological and political teachers,in-depth understanding of the problems existing in the issue design of high school ideological and political teachers and the reasons behind the problems,and give a plan to optimize the issue design.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that high school ideological and political teachers have some understanding and understanding of topic design and topic teaching,and have mastered some methods of topic design.However,there are still many problems,mainly including:the sources of topics are not wide enough and lack of diversity;The level of some topics is not clear enough and lacks logic.The content of the topic is not in line with the students' situation and lacks the nature of life.The subject is not characterized by strong discipline and lack of moral education.Issues are not connected with reality,lack of practicality;The issue evaluation mechanism needs to be improved and lacks reflection.There are many reasons for the problem,including:some teachers do not know enough about the importance of issue design;Some teachers'understanding and analysis of the topic design are not clear.Some teachers do not invest enough in the topic design.Some teachers have low ability and level in designing topics.The influence of teaching evaluation system and entrance examination system.Through literature research,observation and summary of teaching experience,the author puts forward several countermeasures to optimize the topic design for high school ideological and political teachers to refer to,including:updating ideas,recognizing the importance of topic design;Strengthen learning and clarify the requirements of topic design;Based on life,expand the source of topics;Based on the subject,master the method of topic design,perfect the evaluation,and establish the whole evaluation mechanism of topic design.
