The Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision)points out that the ideological and political courses in senior high schools are: "Khalid ents as a fundamental task to cultivate socialist core values" as the fundamental purpose of the comprehensive subject courses,activity type,at the same time points out that the teaching to guide students to autonomous learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning,emphasizes the students' activity experience,use it as the important way of ideological and political discipline core literacy development.As a new teaching method adapted to activity-based courses and bearing the realization of the core quality of the subject,topic teaching emerged at the right moment.However,most teachers still have a lot of difficulties to solve,such as the concept of issue teaching,the teaching design of issue teaching and the main difference between issue teaching design and previous teaching design.It can be seen that the exploration of issues related to topic teaching,the implementation of high school ideological and political courses,the cultivation of core literacy,the smooth development of activity-based courses and so on.Instructional design is a bridge between teaching theory and teaching practice,a prerequisite for improving the planning,foresight,blindness and systematicness of teaching activities,and an important guarantee for improving the quality and efficiency of teaching.The research on the topic teaching design of the ideological and political course in high school is the realistic requirement of the teaching reform of the ideological and political course in high school in the new socialist era,and it is also the topic that the teachers who teach the ideological and political course in high school should focus on.At present,high school ideological and political lesson topic teaching research is in the ascendence,but most of the research results focus on the theoretical level or relatively macroscopic research,and the operational level,especially high school ideological and political lesson topic teaching design research is less.This paper USES literature research,text study and analysis of induction,the issues on the teaching design,on the basis of the basic theory of interpretation,surrounding the topic type teaching design and teaching design,the significant difference between analyzed focusing on the core literacy issues type teaching goal design,teaching the four elements of design,and to design instance and reflection,is intended to provide a first-line teachers Benefit for reference,promote high school ideological and political lesson topic teaching landing.
