The reform of education and teaching in the new era puts forward higher requirements for the quality of teachers,and teacher learning under professional guidance has become an important way for teachers to grow professionally.The ultimate goal of teacher learning is to improve the professionalism of teachers through in-depth research,thereby improving the effectiveness of education and teaching.It can be seen that deep learning is the core value pursuit of teachers' learning activities.This article introduces social culture-activity theory,and discusses the theme of "in-depth learning for primary and middle school teachers under professional guidance".Through theoretical research,in-depth interviews,questionnaire surveys and other methods,explore the mechanism and development process of in-depth learning for primary and secondary school teachers under professional guidance,and finally design and carry out in-depth learning activities for primary and secondary school teachers under professional guidance with the goal of promoting teachers' deep learning.Conduct an effect evaluation.The thesis consists of the following parts:In the introduction part,questions are raised and related research is sorted out.First of all,it clarifies the necessity of researching deep learning for teachers from two aspects:the background of the development of the times and the realistic difficulties of teachers'learning.Then,systematically sort out the research status at home and abroad.The analysis found that the domestic research on the teacher's deep learning mechanism has not yet formed a system,which reflects the necessity of the research on the teacher's deep learning mechanism.The first part defines the core concepts and expounds the theoretical basis of the research.Through literature analysis,the concept of teacher learning,professional guidance,deep learning and learning mechanism is defined,and the principle of adult learning,social cultural theory,activity theory and learning organization are used as the theoretical basis of this research.The second part analyzes the typical problems and predicaments existing in the learning of primary and middle school teachers.Through literature analysis and interview surveys,the current learning situation of primary and middle school teachers is researched.There are problems in the learning of primary and middle school teachers such as homogeneity of learning content,superficial learning levels,fragmentation of learning activities,and formalization of learning organization.This has become the realistic logic of deep learning for teachers under the guidance of research majors.The third part explains the rationality of teachers' deep learning under professional guidance.On the basis of the problems existing in the learning of teachers in elementary and middle schools,in order to solve these problems,the value orientation of deep learning teachers' learning is first explained,and then professional guidance is analyzed as an important way to realize deep learning for teachers.The fourth part is to build a mechanism of deep learning for primary and middle school teachers under professional guidance.This article analyzes the five transformations of knowledge form from the level of individual teacher learning,namely"acceptance-internalization-transformation-externalization-induction";from the level of collective learning,based on the interactive relationship between learning community and experts to teacher learning to build the in-depth learning process of primary and secondary school teachers under professional guidance.The fifth part is about the deep learning activities of primary and middle school teachers under the guidance of design and application majors.In order to verify the effectiveness of deep learning for teachers under professional guidance,this research designed a deep learning activity for teachers in primary and middle schools and applied it to teacher training.The evaluation results found that the activity improved the effectiveness of teachers' learning,indicating that teachers under professional guidance Deep learning is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers.
