In order to implement the deepening the reform of new age school education theory innovation needs,open good middle school thought political lesson,rightfully,activate the middle school thought political lesson classroom atmosphere,at the same time to adapt to the new era demand for talent multivariate profound knowledge structure,innovation of teaching mode,in the past two years,in the country such as Beijing,Guangdong,Hunan,Chongqing more appeared a group of teachers in primary and middle schools take the lead in class morality and the rule of law,the thought political lesson teaching practice innovation using double runs in teaching mode,to build out of the classroom one after another wisdom and achieved certain results.However,the application of dual-teacher teaching mode in middle school ideological and political lessons has just started,and there are inevitably some problems in the practice process.It is necessary to take further corresponding measures to strengthen the implementation of its teaching effect.Therefore,this paper starts from the understanding of the teaching mode of double teachers in the same class,to overcome the problems existing in the application of the teaching mode of double teachers in the middle school ideological and political lessons,and to explore the application countermeasures of the teaching mode of double teachers in the middle school ideological and political lessons.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part:from the cooperative teaching pattern connotation and its multiple branches of the cooperative teaching mode and its multiple branches and double runs in relations between teaching mode for inspiration,then respectively from the overall and"double","teacher","with","hall" four dimensions in this paper,the" double runs in the connotation of teaching mode,presents its application to the specific practice middle school thought political lesson more rich connotation.Thirdly,a complete interpretation of the multi-different characteristics of dual-teacher teaching mode,and according to the different classification basis to summarize its different types.At the same time,it is necessary to analyze the significance of the dual-teacher teaching mode in the middle school ideological and political lessons,including the help to promote the establishment of teachers’ learning community,to achieve joint research,sharing and progress;It is helpful to promote teachers to participate in action research and create practical knowledge.It is beneficial to enhance the vitality of ideological and political class and enhance the classroom teaching effect.It is conducive to promoting all kinds of courses and ideological and political courses to the same direction,forming a synergistic effect.This provided the impetus for later research.The second part:from three aspects of status,process and effect,analyze the main problems existing in the application of double-teacher teaching mode in middle school ideological and political class.It is reflected in the following aspects:First,the application status of double-teacher teaching mode is marginalized,including the lack of continuity in the application of double-teacher teaching mode;There is historical inertia in the use of single teacher teaching mode.Second,the application process of dual-teacher teaching mode is complicated,including difficulties in teacher division and cooperation and rigid teaching interaction design.Thirdly,the application effect of dual-teacher teaching mode is different,including the difference of students’ willingness to exert their subjectivity and the difference of students’ ability to accept various kinds of information.This part is the problem of this study.The third part:Analyzing the factors influencing the main problems existing in the application of dual-teacher teaching mode in middle school ideological and political lessons.First,the lack of awareness of the importance of dual-teacher teaching mode,which is manifested in the high cost of limiting the popularity of teachers,and the independent governance among teachers;Secondly,the lack of supporting system for dual-teacher teaching mode is caused by the lack of quality teachers,systematic training and experience reference.Third,the improper use of dual-teacher teaching mode by teachers and students is manifested in the large capacity and fast pace of dual-teacher teaching,resulting in excess nutrition,as well as the insufficient preparation of students before class,and the shallow understanding and mastery.This part of the study found a breakthrough to solve the problem.The fourth part:from four aspects put forward the dual-teacher teaching mode in the middle school ideological and political lesson application countermeasures.First,it is necessary to open the horizon,teachers should enhance the value identification of the dual-teacher teaching mode;Second,it is necessary to perfect the supporting system to ensure the external conditions for teachers to use the dual-teacher teaching mode.Thirdly,from the inside out,to improve the relevant theoretical basis and practical application ability of teachers using the dual-teacher teaching mode;Fourth,independent management,students should establish a learning subject consciousness to enhance the enthusiasm of teaching participation.This part is the significance of this study.
