The core literacy of teachers has been one of the hot spots in the education field in recent years,and has attracted more and more scholars' attention.Rural primary and secondary school teachers are responsible for cultivating rural talents,realizing rural revitalization,inheriting rural culture,and promoting the modernization of rural education.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to the status quo of the core literacy of rural primary and secondary school teachers and to explore its promotion strategies.In this paper,an empirical survey of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Macheng City is carried out to study the current situation,problems and reasons of teachers' core literacy,and to record strategies for improving the quality of Laixin.It is hoped that this research can promote the improvement of core literacy of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Macheng City.It would be great if it could provide a certain reference to the theoretical system of the core literacy of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in my country!This article has seven parts:the introduction briefly describes the topic background,research significance and research status;the second part mainly introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis;the third part is the theoretical basis and connotation of core literacy.This part introduces the domestic and foreign teacher quality standards and The requirements and connotations of teacher literacy in the new era;the fourth part is a survey of the status quo of teacher literacy,which mainly introduces the survey methods and objects,the design of the questionnaire and the analysis of the survey results;the fifth part is to introduce the existence of teacher core literacy The problem and the reasons behind it are analyzed.Through the investigation,it is found that the ethics of primary and secondary school teachers need to be further improved,the educational concept is not in harmony with the development of the times,the knowledge literacy reserve is insufficient,and the ability literacy is not comprehensive.The sixth part proposes the core literacy of primary and secondary school teachers In order to further improve the core literacy of primary and secondary school teachers,it is necessary to increase government investment,improve teacher conditions,optimize campus culture,stimulate teacher vitality,improve training mechanisms,optimize teacher allocation,enhance teacher image,and attract outstanding talents;seventh Part of it is the conclusion.
