With the rapid development of the computer technology, modern information technology making net the centre media affects the education more and more. It will improve labour efficiency very much, and change the educational environment, the teaching methods and the means of teaching. One of the keys making education informationization true is improving the teachers'information literacy. Information technology literacy has become one of the informationization society teachers'basic abilities and qualities. Compared with the city, the development of rural primary and middle schools'informationization is relatively backward. The teachers'information literacy is relatively weak.We found there were some problems in the ideas of information technology literacy ,the environment of information technological education, the knowledge and abilities of information technology, the training model of information technology through looking into the teachers'information literacy of zhangqiu. According to these problems, I advance some countermeasures about how to improve the rural primary and middle schools'informationization. We discuss the new ideas of bringing up rural primary and middle schools'teachers'information technology literacy, and Provide foundation about improving rural primary and middle schools'teachers'information technology literacy.There are five chapters in this article. The first chapter is about the background and significance of this topic. The second one is about definition and research. The third one is about analysing the status of rural primary and middle schools'teachers'information technology literacy through surveying lots of data,using spss Software ,and so on.The fourth one is about discussing the causes of the problems through analysing the current situation.The fifth one is about giving some suggestions .Through the investigation and analysis, this paper concluded that rural primary mathematics teachers' information technology exists some problems: (1) the relatively weak awareness of information technology, (2) hardware resources, information technology, (3) basic computer skills, but the lack of qualified with mathematics curriculum is the ability to integrate, (4) information processing capability. In information technology training, there lacks information technology literacy evaluation standard, content, form a single lacking pertinence training, etc. According to the above results, put forward the corresponding training strategy for the future rural primary mathematics teachers' information technology provides an important basis to improve training quality.
