With the continuous development of education informationization in our country,puts forward new requirements to teachers' information literacy ability,make teachers should constantly improve their ability of information literacy.Henan has a large population and the rural base education is relatively weak,while education,a rural primary and primary school,is an important part of the basic education.Therefore,it is necessary to study the teachers' information literacy in rural and middle schools in Henan.Theoretical significance of this study is to explore teachers' information literacy,Henan development mode and teachers' information literacy standards,to the education development of future policy and scientific research to provide some theoretical basis;This paper discusses the present situation of teachers' information literacy in rural areas,and puts forward some constructive suggestions for improving teachers' information literacy.In this study,on the basis of existing research,combined with domestic and foreign advanced experience,from the information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics and security four aspects,using quantitative and qualitative research methods,on 801 rural primary and secondary school teachers on the current situation of information literacy questionnaire and interview survey.Using SPSS18.0 and IBM SPSS statistical analysis software Amos21.0 to statistic analysis of questionnaire data with different qualities teachers' information literacy has made the single factor analysis of variance and the independent sample T test,and training for teachers and school made a correlation analysis and regression analysis.In addition,five rural primary and middle school teachers were interviewed as a supplement to the survey results.Through research,this study concludes:1.Henan rural primary and secondary school teachers' information literacy overall level is not high,and presents the uneven situation,information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics and security on the four dimensions of average were 3.44,3.11,3.52,3.11,and different dimensions,in addition to the information consciousness dimension below dimension value,the other three dimensions are very close to or more than the dimension of value.2.Gender,age,school,education,teaching age,professional title,with acomputer,online data collection,information infrastructure,training,training effect,value a school,the school by using information technology to the atmosphere of these factors have effect on Henan rural primary and secondary school teachers' information literacy.According to the above conclusions,the author analyses the present situation of information literacy of rural primary and secondary school teachers of Henan,and from teachers themselves,the government departments,schools and teachers training four aspects put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
