In March,2005,Chinese modern distance education project of primary and secondary schools in rural area has been in full operation,in order to reduce the huge differences of education and promote the sharing of outstanding edueation resources between urban and rural areas as well as improving education quality and efficiency in rural area.The advance of the project is very important for Chongqing which is the fourth municipality directly under the Chinese Government.But through interview and investigation,we found that the resource using of modern distance edueation project is not good there.Based on Technology acceptance model and theory of planned Behavior,this research imports the degree of Computer Self-Efficacy,Resource Appropriateness,Superior Support and Convenience to Use into TAM,constructs Structural Equation Model to study the factors of teachers' use intent of resources,explore the most import factor,then puts forward the concrete tactics and suggestions.The descriptive statistics indicates that "classroom resources","teacher development" and "learning guidance" are common using item.Structural Equation Modeling reveals that teachers' resource using don't follow the TAM eaxactly.In one hand,the influence of Perceived Ease of Use is not notability,on the other hand,the Superior Support,Perceived Usefulness and Resource Appropriateness are very significantly,especially,the degree of Superior Support is the most important.
