Construction And Empirical Research On The Index System Of Safety Risk Assessment In Children's Sports Training

As an important part of sports,scientific and effective protection of children's sports safety is the key to promote their physical and mental health.In recent years,along with the upsurge of children's sports,the incidence of safety accidents has also increased.Although sports safety has been a common topic,early childhood is the key period of physical development,and more scientific guidance is needed to help them grow up healthily.At present,the research of children's physical education in China is almost in the initial stage,and the children's physical workers in this period are still in the early stage The authors shoulder the historical mission and heavy trust.Therefore,how to effectively reduce the incidence of accidents and avoid risks has become an important issue for many children's sports training to be carried out smoothly.The identification of risk sources of infant sports is the first step of risk assessment,and the assessment index system plays an important role in risk prevention and response.However,the research on risk assessment in the field of sports in China started relatively late,and there is no unified standard,incomplete risk sources and lack of scientific assessment index system for infant sports training safety risk research Therefore,the construction of the evaluation index system of children's sports safety risk has certain theoretical and practical significance to effectively reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.In order to construct the safety risk assessment index system of children sports training,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation,Delphi,AHP,case study,etc.through the previous literature collection,expert interview and scene analysis of the case in field investigation,the paper identifies the risk sources of children sports safety,and makes use of the safety of physical training for children The whole risk assessment index system is the research object,and the 5institutions in H city are investigated on the spot,and the teachers,parents and managers in the institutions are interviewed in depth.The field observation of the children's classroom and environment is conducted.Through collecting cases,the causes of safety accidents are analyzed,and the influencing factors of safety risk of children's physical training are summarized.The risk of safety of physical training for children is preliminarily constructed The evaluation index system,then Delphi method is used to establish the index system,AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to build the structure model to get the weight,and the safety risk assessment index system of preschool physical education is constructed.The risk assessment of training institutions with different projects in H city 3 is carried out.Finally,the following four conclusions are drawn:(1)The safety risk identification system of children's sports training initially constructs a safety risk evaluation index system of children's sports training,which is composed of five first-class risk source indexes,24 second-class risk source indexes and 111 third-class risk source indexes.(2)Combined with the Delphi method,on the basis of the identification of risk sources in the previous paper,the safety risk assessment index system of children's sports training is finally formed,which includes five first level indicators of children,teachers,managers,parents and environment,20 second level indicators of self-management factors,physiological factors,psychological factors and 95 third level indicators.(3)AHP is used to construct the hierarchical structure model of the safety risk assessment index system of children's sports training,and experts are invited to make pairwise comparison and judgment matrix to calculate the weight table of the safety risk assessment index system of children's sports training.Among them,the weight of the first level index "children" is 11.33%,the weight of "teachers" is 55.99%,the weight of "managers" is 22.10%,the weight of the first level index "children" is11.33%,the weight of "teachers" is 55.99%,and the weight of "managers" is 22.10%The weight of "parents" is 6.93%,and the weight of "environment" is 3.64%,which shows that teachers and managers play a decisive role in the safety risk of children's sports training,and we need to strengthen the supervision and attention of these two aspects.(4)Through the risk assessment of the current situation of three children's sports training institutions in Huaihua City,the results are compared and analyzed,and the feasibility of the safety risk assessment index system of children's sports training is demonstrated.It is concluded that: the risks of children,environment and parents of the three institutions are at level I(primary);the risks of teachers of the three institutions are at level III(Advanced);the risks of managers of the three institutions are at level II(intermediate);therefore,whether it is gymnastics,ball games or comprehensive sports training projects,teachers and managers need to be strengthened Improve their own safety awareness.
