Research On The Development Of Football In Jishou City Football Characteristic Schools

In recent years,China’s soccer career has developed rapidly,but there has been no breakthrough change in China’s soccer level,and the development level of soccer is not optimistic.Although it has improved in recent years,compared with many strong soccer countries,compared with the development of football in China,there is still a big gap.In order to promote the development of our football industry,our country starts to set up the football characteristic school,through this way to train more outstanding reserve talents for the development of our football industry.Nowadays,the development of campus football is an important strategy for China to transform from a sports power to a sports power.It has outstanding value and significance to effectively train football reserve talents and positively improve the reserve level of football talents in our country.However,from the current situation,it is clear that China’s football schools in the process of opening,there are still more problems and deficiencies.As a result of these problems,it is difficult to effectively improve the development level of football in China,which reduces the enthusiasm of teachers and students to develop and participate in football,as a result,the development level of campus football has not been greatly improved.As the capital city of West Hunan,the development of campus football in Jishou has played an exemplary role in the development of football in West Hunan,it is of great significance to study the development of football on campus in Jishou for the development of football cause in Xiangxi region and even in our country.In this paper,the author chooses the current situation of the development of football in the special school of football in Jishou to discuss,finds out the factors that hinder the development of football in the special school of football in Jishou,and analyzes the current situation of the investigation,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to help the development of football in Jishou special schools.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,Field investigation,interview,Questionnaire Survey,Mathematical Statistics and logical analysis,in this paper,the authors conducted a questionnaire survey and an interview with the leaders of the specialized sports of Football in eight special schools in Jishou:The Leading Group of school football work has not played a leading role,the Organization of the school has not been put into practice,the special funds for school football are not enough to support the full development of football in the school,and the special funds for football are unevenly distributed,still have the football special fund of the school did not invest in the development of football at all.The football field can not meet the needs of multiple classes for teaching and training at the same time,and the number of football is not enough to support multiple classes for football teaching.the football teaching curriculum has not been established,other special sports teachers are not active in carrying out the football teaching,the football teaching business is not precise,the serious shortage of special football teachers.Too little soccer practice,not enough time.It’s just a temporary soccer practice for the school football league.Pay No attention to the cultivation of football reserve talents and do not form the cultivation system.6,the current target school has not realized the rich campus soccer culture construction,does not have the outstanding extracurricular soccer activity development atmosphere,also does not have the outstanding extracurricular soccer activity,the student regarding the soccer movement expectation value is not high.7.The supervision and management of the supervision and inspection work is not in place,the relevant departments of the Jishou School Football Development,the Jishou school football development did not play a role in promoting.According to the existing problems,this paper puts forward:(1)to strengthen the implementation of the Campus Football Work Leading Group;(2)to increase the input and improvement of the hardware facilities for the development of campus football;(3)introducing high-quality Football Teachers and coaches;(4)perfecting the training system and establishing the rules of campus football competition;(5)establishing a perfect training model for football reserve talents;(6)giving a reasonable arrangement of after-school time,suggestions to increase the time for students to participate in extra-curricular football activities(7)to build a long-term supervision mechanism of campus football,timely supervision.
