Children and adolescents are the future and hope of my country's construction and development.The importance of paying attention to the health needs of children and adolescents,and the importance of school-based and central health education has gradually been widely recognized.The "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline clearly regards school health education as a core task of the goal of building a healthy China,and proposes to focus on the primary and middle school stages and establish a good school health education mechanism.Strengthening school health education,Cultivating the health literacy and improving the health level of students are the way and purpose of achieving a "healthy China".It also guides the direction and puts forward new requirements for school health education.In the process of developing school health education in our country,a clear and systematic health education model has not yet been formed.There are problems in education content,education subject,evaluation model,etc.,which need to be solved and improved urgently.The United States is one of the countries that developed school health education and health promotion earlier,and now has a more mature theory and practice system.From the budding of health education in the 20th century,health education in schools has developed from the three-element model of health education,health services,and school environment to the current ten-element model.This article will conduct an in-depth study of the "whole school,whole community,whole child model" in the comprehensive school health education system of America.The full text is divided into eight parts:Introduction:This part clarifies the background and significance of the research,and reviews relevant literature at home and abroad.Chapter 1:Combining the background of the times,it sorts out the development of school health education in American,and comparing the historical evolution of health education models.Chapter 2:Focusing on Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs" and Epstein's "Overlapping Spheres of Influence ",to conduct research on the foundation of the WSCC model theory.Chapter 3:Introduces the content system of the WSCC model of comprehensive school health education in American,including the connotation and content of the ten elements and the five principles of "the Whole child".Chapter 4:Starting from reality,it analyzes the six steps and implementation priorities in the application of the WSCC model.Chapter 5:A systematic introduction to the three commonly used evaluation tools in the implementation of the WSCC model.Chapter 6:Based on the previous article,summarize the four characteristics of the American WSCC model:comprehensive education content,integration of education implementation,implementation and application flexibility,and diversity of cooperation entities.Chapter 7:Combining with the current development of school health education in my country,some enlightenments are summarized from the study of the WSCC model of comprehensive health education in American,in order to provide reference for the development of school health education in my country under the background of "Healthy China 2030".
