"Healthy China 2030" is a trend of China's development from now on to the future.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the physical and mental health of adolescents.As an important figure in the development of "Healthy China 2030",mass sports and national fitness,adolescents can truly put the idea of "health first" into practice in many ways.Teach sports knowledge to arm the mind;promote scientific exercise to improve sports ability;cultivate self-protection awareness to improve social adaptability.Through the research on the path of teenagers' acquisition of sports knowledge,we can innovate and broaden the path of teenagers' acquisition of sports knowledge,improve the effectiveness of teenagers' acquisition of sports knowledge,and promote the formation of lifelong sports consciousness.Taking eight primary and secondary schools in Lanzhou City of Gansu Province as the object of investigation,this paper makes a thorough analysis and Research on the acquisition path of sports knowledge by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and draws the following conclusions:1.In the eight primary and secondary schools surveyed in Lanzhou City,we can see that students generally have a high interest in and love for sports;the purpose of sports knowledge is clear;the plan of "exercising at least one hour a day" is put into effect,and sports activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the time stipulated by the Ministry of Education;some primary schools cooperate with the community to set up activities and have an afternoon every week for teenagers.Study and exercise.2.The sports knowledge grasped by teenagers in Lanzhou urban area is not comprehensive enough,and the content tradition of sports knowledge acquisition is not innovative and pluralistic enough,which results in the decline of teenagers' interest in learning and can not satisfy the teenagers' desire and pursuit of sports knowledge.3.The lack of diversity of the ways for teenagers to acquire sports knowledge in schools in Lanzhou City results in the lack of initiative of teenagers to acquire sports knowledge,which restricts the development of teenagers' sports ability.4.The number of teenagers in Lanzhou City who acquire less sports knowledgethrough personal sports activities is mainly concentrated in primary and high school students.5.In Lanzhou City,teenagers are generally less involved in extracurricular physical exercise to acquire sports knowledge,ignoring the advantages and values of extracurricular acquisition of sports knowledge on teenagers' own sports development.6.It is difficult for teenagers in Lanzhou city to acquire practical sports knowledge.Teenagers lack interaction with teachers and parents,self-reflection and analysis,resulting in poor learning effect and less practical sports knowledge.According to the research in this paper,the following suggestions are put forward:1.When imparting sports knowledge to teenagers,they should be as comprehensive as possible and pay more attention to sports knowledge.Schools,teachers and the government work together to drive the development of young people and promote the construction of "Healthy China 2030".2.Establish the diversification and pluralism mechanism of young people's access to sports knowledge;set up competitions for every student to participate,temper their will,cultivate good quality,educate and educate people.3.Individual sports activities can not only acquire sports knowledge,but also improve the effective utilization of sports knowledge,and also enhance the youth's consciousness,initiative and enthusiasm to participate in sports activities.4.Family sports and community sports are complementary and derivative of school sports.We should improve the role and status of family sports and community sports in the hearts of young people.5.Pay attention to the imparting of practical sports knowledge,cultivate teenagers' ability of self-learning,self-reflection,self-summary and self-improvement.
