The environmental problems that continue to arouse public attention,the provisions of the History Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High School(2017 Edition)and the guidance of the college entrance examination questions all require that history class must attach importance to the teaching of environmental history.The teaching of environmental history in high school can not only broaden the horizon of history of teachers and students,but also help to make up for the deficiency of teaching materials.At present,for the application of environmental history in high school teaching in the academic circle,most of the reference books are the three required books in high school or the old history textbooks edited by junior high school students.There is no special research on the application of environmental history in the new history textbooks for high school students.This paper mainly takes the newly compiled high school history textbook(The Outline of Chinese and Foreign History)as the research object,in order to explore the application of environmental history in high school.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,interview survey method,case study method,textbook analysis method and other research methods,mainly discusses the application of environmental history in high school history teaching,the establishment of environmental history teaching objectives,the mining of teaching content,teaching methods and strategies and other contents.There are two key issues:first,the intersection of environmental history research and the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History,and how to carry out the core accomplishment of history discipline in the use of environmental history;The second is to use the interview outline results of frontline teachers to sort out the current situation of the application of environmental history in high school history teaching,and put forward some suggestions according to the current situation.The main innovation point is that in high school history teaching,historical materials are used to bring students into the specific time and space of historical development to observe the details of historical events,supplemented by tools such as maps and time axis for teaching.It is a major innovation of environmental history teaching to pay attention to the innovative application of historical materials.
