In order to speed up the building of a country with world-class talents,China has actively carried out the reform of basic education curriculum, aiming to train qualified builders and successors for the socialist modernization cause.Instructional design is a process that attaches importance to the systematicness and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process under the guidance of modern education theory, and uses scientific methods to arrange the teaching activities carefully,so as to better serve the teachers how to teach and students how to learn.Therefore,in-depth study of instructional design is conducive to the realization of efficient classroom and promote the curriculum reform of basic education in China. This paper takes the first volume of the eighth grade edition of the textbook "The Revolution of 1911" as the starting point. The Revolution of 1911 is a very key step in the process of China's modernization, which makes important groundwork for the subsequent New Culture Movement and the May Fourth Movement.Based on the importance of the lesson "1911 Revolution" in junior high school history teaching, this paper collected three excellent instructional designs for in-depth analysis, discussed the advantages and disadvantages of different instructional designs, and designed an instructional design on this basis. The text of the history textbook "The Revolution of 1911" compiled by the Ministry of Education highlights the deeds of revolutionary heroes, emphasizes the noble character and patriotism of revolutionary heroes, and strengthens the education of national feelings.New Wuchang uprising before the struggle of the revolutionary ideals to guide students to inherit and carry forward the revolutionary spirit;Enrich the specific content of Wuchang Uprising, increase the details of historical figures and historical events, deepen students' understanding of Wuchang Uprising.Three front-line teachers were selected to carry out a comparative analysis of the teaching design cases of the course "The Revolution of 1911",respectively from the teaching objectives, teaching process, selection of historical materials and teaching strategies of four aspects of comparative analysis. It is concluded that the three teachers all set reasonable teaching objectives around the curriculum standard, textbook content and learning situation, but there are some misunderstandings in the expression of teaching objectives. The teaching process has its own characteristics, which all reflect the new curriculum reform idea of taking students as the main body in classroom teaching. The selected historical materials can keep up with the teaching objectives and are typical and representative, but there is also a situation that the types of historical materials are too single. The choice of teaching strategies also reflects the principle of flexibility and can adopt a variety of teaching strategies according to the teaching objectives.Based on the discussion of the first two parts, absorbing the valuable experience of the three excellent instructional design, combining with my own understanding of the curriculum standards and textbooks, this paper takes the course "The Revolution of 1911" edited by People's Education Press as an example to carry out instructional design. Finally, through the analysis of the teaching design of the course of the Revolution of 1911,it is concluded that the teaching design of this course can focus on the heroes of the Revolution of 1911 and carry forward the revolutionary spirit.Secondly, the introduction of new achievements in historical studies to supplement the background of the outbreak of the Revolution of 1911;To clarify the logical relationship of knowledge and explore the historical significance of the Revolution of 1911,we hope to provide some useful experience and lessons for junior high school history teachers in dealing with this class.
