Classics are high-quality spiritual products and important content of cultural heritage.Classical reading can help students absorb a large amount of literary knowledge,expand their personal knowledge,and achieve personal well-being.Classical reading can also help students nourish their hearts and improve their personality faster and better.For the majority of high school students,classic reading is an indispensable part of Chinese learning for high school students.The organization and management of high school students' classic reading is also a key content of high school student management.Students,schools and society should carefully analyze the current situation of high school students 'classic reading from different perspectives,and by digging into existing problems of high school students' classic reading,provide them with corresponding organization and guidance from various aspects.From the current status of reading management,it is known that high school students have limitations on the cognition of classic reading.Some high school students have limitations on classic reading concepts and classic reading modes,which has limited the effect of high school students' classic reading to a certain extent.At the same time,the limited classic reading methods of high school students will also lead to poor results in the organization and management of high school students' classic reading.Combining the actual needs of high school students' classic reading,strengthening the guidance of high school students' classic reading from multiple dimensions,and striving to build a new model of classic reading in school education,is the top priority of high school students' classic reading organization and management.This article specifically studies the organization and management of high school students' classic reading,which is divided into four parts.First,it is the introduction.After clarifying the research background and significance of the research in this article,the research review is carried out from three aspects: reading models of reading for high school students,the status of classic reading for high school students,and the organization and management of classic reading for high school students.It also explains the research methods and innovations of the thesis.Second,there is an overview of classic reading and its organizational management.After defining the meaning of classical reading,the value of classical reading is summarized.This article outlines the concept and constituent elements of organizational management,and elaborates the relevant theoretical basis of this article.Third,it is the investigation and analysis of the organization and management of classic reading for high school students.Through survey design and recycling,we summarize the problems in the organization and management of classic reading for high school students.And by interviewing an official and two teachers to understand the causes of these problems.Finally,it is the perfect measures for the organization and management of classic reading for high school students.It is carried out from four aspects: classic reading concepts,classic reading modes,classic reading methods,and classic reading environment.The research in this article will deeply understand the importance of classic reading of high school students and the necessity of organization and management of classic reading.The related research can motivate high school students to better participate in classic reading and achieve the improvement of the organization and management effect of classic reading of high school students...
