Human-centered education is people-oriented.Schools permeate people-centered concepts in the process of education management.Attention to the development needs of teachers and students,attention and meet the teaching needs of teachers and students.However,in the past,the method of quantitative and digital assessment of teacher and student education and learning achievements as the only measurement standard is no longer suitable for the development of education management in the current era.The use of performance as a criterion for judging good and bad results in the rigidity of the education management model and the loss of people.Freedom,initiative,enthusiasm and creativity.In order to explore the implementation of "people-oriented education" in the current school education management model,this article has a deep understanding of the concept of "people-oriented education" based on various materials and research results,and recognizes that people-oriented education is integrated into school education management.The importance of educational philosophy.This article also takes the current situation of education management in Siyuan High School in Danzhou City as the research object,and uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to explore the main problems that exist in the school's education management.For example,the education management plan is not reasonable enough,the school education atmosphere is not strong enough,the role of people-oriented education is not prominent enough,the educational approach is relatively simplistic,the management of educational organizations is unclear,the educational management of the school where parents are absent,the school's educational management is biased and unbalanced,etc.,And understand the main influencing factors of these problems.On this basis,combined with the actual development of Siyuan High School,feasible countermeasures to solve the problems of its development education management were put forward,including clarifying educational goals,improving education management plans,strengthening campus cultural construction,and home-school cooperation,etc.,in order to integrate people-oriented education The idea penetrates the school education management,improves the scientificity and effectiveness of education management,and creates a favorable campus environment for the development of teachers and students.
