An essential part of the education and training industry's market competitiveness is the sophisticated salary incentive system,which is of great significance in attracting high-level teachers,stabilizing the teaching staff,and stimulating the enthusiasm of teachers.Approved by the administrative departments of education,Y training institution is a qualified extracurricular training institution,focusing on extracurricular subjects of primary school,junior schools,and senior schools.With many years of stable development,Y training institution has established over twenty branches,expanded its business scale,and achieved continuous income growth.However,teachers' low satisfaction is gradually highlighted,leading to the rapid increase of excellent teachers' job-hopping and turnover.How to retain high-quality teachers has become one of the most critical tasks for Y training institution.Setting Y training institution as the research subject,this paper analyzing 133 effective questionnaires and ten in-depth interviews of teachers to obtain the comments and degree to which teachers are satisfied with the salaries.The research shows that the problems of the current salary system of Y training institutions are as follows: The salary level does not have the industry competitiveness;The construction of the salary system is not justified;The promotion and demotion mechanism is not standardized.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on steps of establishing a scientific salary system to optimize the salary "menu" and constructions,aiming to establish a salary system fitting into the training institution and the market,and lay a foundation for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and realizing long-term development.
