Private colleges and universities are an important part of China's higher education system.After nearly 40 years of exploration and development,they have made remarkable achievements.With the increasing demand for Applied Technology Talents in China,the transformation of some local undergraduate colleges to applied technology universities has become a national strategic decision.Under this background,the construction of "double-qualified" teachers has become a practical guarantee for the transformation and development of private undergraduate colleges.As an important part of the teaching staff of non-governmental Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities,"double-qualified"teachers are an important force to cultivate innovative,compound and applied talents.However,at present,there are various problems in the cultivation and incentive of"double-qualified"teachers in private colleges and universities in China,and a scientific and effective incentive mechanism has not yet been formed.Therefore,how to effectively motivate"double-qualified"teachers,improve their enthusiasm and creativity in their work,and promote the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently at present in private colleges and universities in China.Henan H College,as the first private general undergraduate college in China,has very important research value,so this paper takes Henan H College as the main research object.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper makes a thorough and systematic analysis of the "double-qualified"teachers and their motivation in Henan H College through questionnaires,personal interviews and other forms.Secondly,using ERG theory,fairness theory and hierarchy of needs theory,using qualitative and quantitative research methods,the overall analysis and differential analysis of the satisfaction and demand situation of "double-qualified" teachers are carried out.This paper summarizes some problems existing in the motivation of"double-qualified" teachers in Henan H College,and analyses the reasons behind the problems.Finally,this paper tentatively constructs the incentive mechanism model of "double-qualified" teachers in the college,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:establishing incentive system,improving training system,Strengthening Spiritual Incentive and improving social security.
