Research On Employment Poverty Alleviation Problems And Countermeasures Of Government In Y District Of Zigong City From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

"Rural Revitalization" is a strategic choice to solve the problems of agricultural and rural farmers in the new period of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.In the stage of rural revitalization,rural poverty exists widely in new forms.The solution of rural poverty is related to the realization of the goal of a well-off society and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Employment poverty alleviation is of special significance in various ways of rural poverty alleviation,which is related to the long-term survival and development of rural poor households.The root of Rural Revitalization is people's well-off life,so employment poverty alleviation is still an important strategic measure of Rural Revitalization.This paper takes Yantan District of Zigong City in Sichuan Province as the research object,using the methods of literature research,field research,statistical analysis,etc.,to study the government's Grassroots Employment poverty alleviation work from the perspective of rural revitalization,with a view to improving the government's Grassroots Employment and poverty alleviation work.Based on the related literature analysis of the poverty and the rural poverty,the rural poverty alleviation path,the rural employment poverty alleviation path,this paper studies the connotation of poverty and rural revitalization,and clarifies the logical relationship between them.The results show that rural revitalization provides goal orientation for promoting employment poverty alleviation,employment poverty alleviation provides talent support for rural revitalization,and helps rural revitalization solve major social contradictions,which is an important way to achieve rural revitalization.Based on the study of the logical relationship between Rural Revitalization and employment poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes the basic situation t,economic development,living conditions of residents of Yantan Distric,and the number of poor people,population distribution,education level,the number of labor force of poor households in Yantan district.The author found that Yantan district has certain particularity in various districts and counties of Zigong City,the level of economic development is not high,the urbanization rate is low,the rural population in Yantan District accounts for a large proportion of the population in the District,the rural poor population is more,and the education level is low.Yantan district government's employment poverty alleviation work is still heavy and difficult.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of Yantan district and the basic situation of poor people,this paper studies the current situation of anti-poverty through employment promotion in Yantan district.Yantan district strengthen organizational leadership and policy support,improve the "one database and five lists",implement dynamic management,implement skill training and poverty alleviation,implement employment poverty alleviation policy,realize local employment,employment support and placement,develop public welfare posts to promote poverty alleviation,etc.,and make efforts in dynamic management of agricultural and labor data,policy implementation and employment development Some achievements have been made in the completion of people's livelihood tasks,poverty alleviation and income increase,and satisfaction of poor households.Although Yantan district government has made some achievements in anti-poverty through employment promotion,under the newperspective of Rural Revitalization,there are some problems in the employment poverty alleviation of Yantan District,such as insufficient government platform for promoting employment,insufficient guidance for employment and entrepreneurship,lack of employment and entrepreneurship Poverty Alleviation Policies,and lack of necessary follow-up services for employment.Through further in-depth analysis,this paper finds that the reasons for these problems are: insufficient government education and guidance;dislocation between employment training resources and training demand;lack of financial support;insufficient follow-up support from the government.In order to assist the Rural Revitalization Strategy better under the new situation,aiming at the problems existing in the anti-poverty through employment promotion of Yantan district government,this paper puts forward improvement suggestions from the following aspects: first,carry out accurate employment training;second,promote the transfer of poverty-stricken labor force through multiple channels;third,improve the long-term mechanism of employment assistance;fourth,rely on industrial development to enhance Fifth,support the poor labor force to start their own businesses;sixth,do a good job in the follow-up service of employment poverty alleviation.
