Research On The Path Of Sports To Promote Poverty Governance In Southwest China Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy ——Taking Chongqing Wansheng Liangfeng Village As An Example

At present,my country has completely eliminated absolute poverty,and is vigorously promoting the rural revitalization strategy.The overall situation of some poverty-stricken groups is still unstable,and there is still the possibility of returning to poverty.At the same time of comprehensive high-quality development,"relative poverty" still exists for a long time.How to prevent the risk of returning to poverty for the marginalized poor and build a long-term mechanism to solve relative poverty requires the participation of various social forces in the new stage of poverty governance.On February 21,2021,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas" put forward the general requirements: to achieve the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.As a green and sustainable industry,sports have made significant progress in the rural revitalization strategy in recent years,and sports have become an important part of rural revitalization.Actively respond to the national fitness strategy to build a strong sports country and accelerate the rural revitalization strategy.Wansheng District of Chongqing City actively responds to the national strategy and builds a leisure and sports town based on its own geographical advantages.Liangfeng Village focuses on the development of sports industry projects and the construction of village infrastructure.It has developed from a national poverty-stricken village to a key village for national rural tourism today.The local government focuses on recreational fisheries,combined with sports industry and rural tourism,to promote the improvement of the overall local economy,increase the income of the villagers,and ensure the living standards of the villagers.Based on the above background and relevant policies,this paper selects Liangfeng Village,Guanba Town,Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone,Chongqing City as the case study object,and uses literature research methods and empirical analysis methods to analyze the natural environment and industrial development of Liangfeng Village,Wansheng,Chongqing.,rural style,residents’ living standards and values,and on this basis,to explore the current stage of sports to promote poverty governance in Southwest China’s shortcomings and difficulties,and effectively enhance the positive role of sports in my country’s poverty governance.It is hoped that the development of the sports industry will drive the economic development of more poverty alleviation areas,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,prevent the return of poverty,and then promote the rural revitalization strategy.Through literature analysis,it is understood that the difficulties of sports in promoting poverty governance in Southwest China are: limited social public awareness;infrastructure needs to be improved;related sports talent teams are lagging behind;sports multi-functions still need to be paid attention to;Integration needs to be strengthened.Through empirical analysis,combined with the practice of sports in Liangfeng Village to promote poverty governance,this paper draws the following inspirations: improve the natural environment through sports and related industries,protect the environment and enhance the construction of basic rural facilities;+Sports+ Tourism” development model;develop the sports industry,implement the “Sports+” strategy in depth,and cultivate the local sports industry to create characteristic brands.In view of the above problems in the southwest region,through empirical research on Liangfeng Village,combined with the excellent experience of sports promotion of poverty governance in Moganshan "naked" sports town and Laoleshan beiquan sports and leisure town.In view of the background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper puts forward the following feasible suggestions for sports to promote poverty governance in the southwest region: widely publicize the work of sports to promote poverty governance,and comprehensively enhance the awareness of all walks of life;increase financial investment and improve infrastructure construction;focus on training Relevant sports talents;combined with regional characteristics,release the ability to integrate sports industry resources;strengthen the financial construction investment of public sports services,and enhance the social power of sports.
