In the 21 st century,under the background of globalization,internationalization and information technology,countries are developing rapidly in economy,science and technology and society,with more and more cooperation and fiercer competition among countries.The competition is essentially the competition of talents,which cannot be separated from the foundation of education.In April 2014,The Ministry of Education,PRC first proposed the development and construction of the "Core literacy System for Student Development",which clarified the status and role of the concept of core literacy education.Core literacy,as the basis and core of realizing educational value and establishing talent standards,is the key link of promoting the deepening development of curriculum reform and the target system of student development that must be achieved under the guidance of the national education policy.The development of related core literacy in foreign countries is becoming more and more mature in the rich practice activities,while China is still in the preliminary exploration and practice stage.In order to realize the purpose of educating people,Professor Cui Yunhuo of East China Normal University and his research team carried out a practice of reform on teaching plans--teaching design and implementation based on educational background plans.Educational background plan refers to a professional plan which focuses on a specific learning theme or unit and the teacher helps the students to construct knowledge independently.That is,in the classroom teaching situation,the teacher designs and displays the professional scheme of how the students learn from what they are expected to learn.Compared with the traditional teaching,the academic record teaching model breaks the shackles of "cramming" and "full room filling" in the traditional teaching,changes the way of teachers' teaching and students' learning,effectively realizes the consistency of "teaching-learning-evaluation",and promotes the improvement of students' core qualities.At present,although many scholars have put forward academic degree case teaching,there are still many problems in the application of academic degree case in chemistry teaching,and the improvement of students' autonomous learning ability and core quality has not been well realized.The application and development of academic degree case still have a long way to go.Based on this,on the basis of sorting out relevant literature,this paper conducts a preliminary investigation on the core literacy and educational background cases of some senior high school students and first-line senior high school chemistry teachers in our city,so as to understand the current development status of core literacy and educational background cases in chemistry teaching in senior high schools in our city.Subsequently,the author combined the preliminary investigation conclusions of the core literacy and the education record case,combined the core literacy elements of chemistry discipline and the education record case elements,designed the education record case teaching mode,and explored the feasibility and operability of the education record case to improve the core literacy of high school chemistry.Through the follow-up investigation of teachers and students after applying the education record plan teaching,further evaluation and improvement are made,and the high school chemistry education record plan teaching mode based on the core quality is obtained.The goals of this paper are as follows: through the application of high school chemistry education record design based on core literacy,students can achieve the dominant position in chemistry learning and help improve their independent learning ability,reflective ability,cooperative innovation and other literacy abilities.At the same time,the guiding role of teachers should be clarified,and the educational and teaching methods of teachers should be improved and updated,so that everyone can play their respective roles in the chemistry class to the maximum extent.In other words,this study aims to organize the elements of chemical core literacy and educational background case,exchange and promote the educational background case teaching mode,develop educational background case that can improve the chemical core literacy,and provide new mode,new idea and new method for core literacy education and teaching,so as to enrich and expand its practical basis.
