The new teachers are at the beginning stage of teacher professional growth.This stage is the most important during the development of teachers' career and also the key period for the formation of personal teaching methods and teaching styles.It is the “survival concern phase”for teacher professional growth.On the basis of studying,this research adopts the method of educational narrative research and focuses on exploring the course of the professional growth of newly entered Chinese teachers for private high schools in the real situation.Listen to stories,think about inquiry,and present the real meaning.The paper firstly takes Bai Yimin's "self-renewal" five-stage theory of teacher career as the theoretical basis,selects a newly recruited language teacher from a private high school as the research object,and conducts the professional growth in the "survival concern" stage in the first year before and after his employment.Narrative research.According to the time sequence of their professional growth,the growth story of co-teachers in the new entry phase,as well as the impact of these stories on him,is reflected and thought-probing.The study uses the “story” method to present the professional growth process of co-teachers.Through the collection of data collected,12 growth stories are formed.These 12 growth stories are used in the first professional development of co-operative teachers in the first year of their new career.Typical events,like coordinates,outline the growth trajectory of co-teachers in the "survival concern" phase of their careers.And rationally think about the twelve typical events.Secondly,based on the analysis of the twelve typical practices of cooperative teachers in the first year of their career,the research team made three evaluations of the professional growth status of the cooperative teachers in the “survival concern” stage: First,the cooperative teachers themselves have a strong The professional consciousness;second,the cooperative teacher has a clear plan for his career;third,the cooperative teacher has a solid knowledge of the language.At the same time,the three points of enlightenment based on the analysis of theprofessional growth of cooperative teachers in their first year of employment are: First,let the teaching reflect on their growth;Second,make reasonable plans to lay the foundation for growth;Third,can the new teacher teachers' work be delayed?Thirdly,this study carried out further thinking and exploration on the basis of educational narrative.The professional growth of private high school new language teachers in the "survival concern" stage is regarded as a complete dynamic process,and it provides a reflection on the growth of private secondary school teachers before and after their entry into service.Before starting employment,prospective teachers should pay attention to the motivation of their willingness to follow their own growth,constantly improve their own knowledge structure,and actively improve the quality of practical training in practice;they should pay attention to improving classroom productivity after entry,and stakeholders should provide multiple orientations for their professional growth.This research as a narrative study is not an exact conclusion of the study.It is only intended to understand the factors affecting professional growth and the growth of professional development through the case study of an ordinary private high school new language teacher.State,focusing on the story of the growth of co-teachers,and based on this to develop the thinking behind their growth,in order to provide a reflection and taste.
