Teacher professional development is a hard and long process,and as the real starting point of this process,the student teacher's professional development is significant.Student teacher's teaching experience,especially in their internship involved in education in the process of teaching practice,and their self reflection on the teaching activities is an important factor affecting their professional development in the future,but so far,it still can't cause enough attention to the researchers.Presently,a lot of studies are mainly on theoretical research with less of empirical study,without the systematic study of student teacher professional development,especially with less attention on the whole life process of the student teacher and the key factors promoteing the professional development.Based on the above thinking,at the same time,on the basis of the study and draw lessons from existing research results,the author has chosen a Chinese master of education in the direction of H as the research object,using the education narrative research method for his entire life growth process and the professional development experience of the practice stage.With Viggo J Ki's theory of cultural history and the two theories of experience and naturalism of Dewey as the support,in order to truly understand the rich connotation of H practice teachers' professional growth,the author has explored the process of professional development of senior high school Chinese teacher H with focusing on the real situation,and then the author deconstructes the critical events of H in the process of education and teaching in a narrative way.This study consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the problem,the purpose and significance of the study,literature review,the definition of core concepts and research design.The second part is mainly narrating his life growth process before H internship,in order to find out the basic role of the life and learning experience of the pre H practice in the professional development of Teachers.The third part is mainly narrating teaching activities during the teaching practice of H and then deconstructing the significance,in order to further find out internal and external factor of promoting student teachers' professional development.The fourth part is some thoughts on Teachers' professional development practice of H,and further reveals the importance of the "solid foundation of professional knowledge,comprehensive professional ability","insist on teaching reflection" and "self construction consciousness" in the practice of teachers' professional growth.H Chinese student teachers' growth experience is unique though can not be copied,but the story of growing up in a certain extent can arouse the readers to think and resonance,and the reader's participation and interpretation will make the story more abundant inspiration.
