Research On Demand And Supply Of School Sports Insurance In Compulsory Education In Hubei Province

The handling and compensation of school sports injury accident is a problem that the party and the country attach great importance to over the years,which is related to the smooth development of school health education and the comprehensive implementation of youth sports activity plan.The establishment of a comprehensive and multi-level school physical education insurance system is one of the effective ways to transfer school physical education risks.Using interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other methods,in the United States,Japan's school sports insurance supply and the demand for comb,draw relevant revelation,on the basis of further understanding of hubei province the present situation of the development of school sports insurance,compulsory education stage analysis,sports teachers,students,parents of school sports insurance demand,further to explore the difficulties of school sports insurance exists,explore the new supply of compulsory education school sports insurance in hubei province.The research results on the demand side show that: 1)the high insurance cost and compensation ratio reflect the huge demand of school sports insurance in the compulsory education stage of hubei province;2)the huge risks reflect the high necessity of school sports insurance,and the corresponding insurance should be introduced to protect the rights and interests of physical education teachers;3)schools,physical education teachers and students' parents all have high insurance willingness,among which physical education teachers' demand and insurance willingness are the most urgent;4)school authorities,physical education teachers and parents all have certain ability to pay.The research conclusions of the supply side are as follows: 1)insurance types and supply: currently,there are mainly medical insurance,student safety insurance,accident injury insurance and school school liability insurance.The main suppliers are 42 life insurance companies and social security bureaus.2)the supply scale covers most students in the compulsory education stage,and the price of insurance is relatively low.The government has provided preferential and guarantee in the price,effectively expanding the supply of insurance.3)the school sports insurance policy is rich and covers a wide range of areas,but the corresponding legal basis is not perfect,which has caused a certain impact on the supply of school sports insurance;4)the supply of sports insurance in schools is faced with difficulties such as low profit of insurance,lack of professional sports insurance personnel,inadequate legal system and incomplete coordination and supervisionmechanism.At present,the relationship between the supply and demand of school physical education insurance in hubei province's compulsory education stage is that the demand exceeds the supply,and there are no insurance products for PE teachers and PE students.To improve the school sports insurance system and establish the school sports insurance legal system is the top priority to increase the effective supply of school sports insurance in the compulsory education period of hubei province.The development and improvement of school sports insurance system cannot be separated from the joint promotion of the government,insurance companies,schools and parents.
