Nowadays, with the rapid development of economic globalization,competition between countries becomes economy competition and talent comp etition. The young who are the future of our country and how they grow det ermine the competition of Chinese in future. School education, as an one of t he main means to training young people, not only teach cultural knowledge, but also keep students physical and mental health through physical exercise students. School sports is the basis of students' sports development and an important part o f society to train men for profession. However, the nature of school sports activit ies determines that it has some risks and harmfulness. And school sports insurance could transfer and spread the risk away successfully, which effectively promoted t he development of Physical Education. With the deepening of reform and the need f or economic transformation and upgrading, it has been put on the agenda that g overnment should give more support and encouragement to develop modern ser vice industries which include the insurance industry as a pillar industry to revitaliz e the economy. In the face of new development opportunities, school sports insura nce will receive a new great development. The paper, which seemed the schoo l sports insurance needs and implement as research path, on the basis of extensive re search combining with my city and my practical disciplines. After careful thinkin g and research, pointing out that in the progress of the school sports insurance ha s many problems. Through the survey I obtained the following conclusions. Firs t, students, parents and school are short of the sense of safety consciousness. Se cond, the need of school sports insurance is strong. Third, policy environment h as taken shape. Fourth, the insurance industry has become more sophisticated. Fina lly, it is necessary to set additional school sports insurance. Analyzing the thos e problems to make up the improved measures and countermeasures to have adva ntages to school sports insurance demand and achieve theoretical research.
