Research On The Development Strategy Of Chinese School Sports Insurance Based On Risk Management

Teenagers with adventurous spirit and creative spirit are the hope of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese famous people.School physical education is the most important way to cultivate teenagers' adventurous spirit and innovative spirit,but school sports activities are risk and injurious,while the development of Chinese school sports insurance can effectively solve the above contradictions.However,at present,the development of school sports insurance in China is rather slow.The insurance on school sports is extremely scarce.Moreover,schools and their parents have a low degree of attention and participation in school sports insurance,and the awareness of school sports insurance is weak.The main content of this paper is to judge and classify the types of school sports accident injury accidents,and on the basis of risk management theory,establish the evaluation index system of school sports injury risk,and divide the school sports risk into 4 class one class and 13 two class categories.Then the risk is identified,evaluated and controlled.Based on the main contents of the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the school sports insurance demand,and makes a systematic summary of the related factors affecting the school sports insurance demand.It is concluded that the demand for the school sports insurance purchase is influenced by many factors.AHP is used to determine the degree of influence of important factors and solutions are put forward.In view of the limited scope of protection,we should solve the problem by expanding the coverage of insurance products.In this study,the research on the development strategy of school sports insurance,mainly from the school sports insurance supply way questionnaire analysis,the study of the way of the school sports insurance purchase,the main three kinds of purchase,the family itself,the school organization to buy,the government "public welfare" guarantee.On the basis of this study,a new strategy is put forward,that is,family,school and government Trinity School sports insurance purchase strategy.Then,according to the research contents,I put forward several suggestions for the development of school sports insurance:(1)to achieve the sound legal supervision system of school sports insurance.(2)strengthen publicity and train the insurance consciousness of participating parties in school sports.(3)the insurance industry should develop school sports insurance products and innovative services as soon as possible.(4)accelerate the development of school sports insurance intermediary industry.This study has played an exemplary and promoting role in the development and innovation of China's insurance industry,and provides innovative theoretical support for the majority of school sports insurance researchers.The realization of school sports insurance will effectively alleviate social contradictions and promote the development of Chinese sports and social harmony.
