Feedback is one of the important links in the process of motor skill learning.By receiving the feedback from the external environment,learners can better establish the cognition of their own movements.After the information provided by feedback is processed internally,the technical movements can be mastered more skillfully.The instructor needs to select appropriate feedback methods for auxiliary teaching according to the nature of different tasks,the difficulty of different tasks and the initial level of learners,so as to help students acquire motor skills more quickly and accurately and thus improve the learning effect of skills.The formation of motor skills will result in different skill learning effects due to the different feedback speed and timing.In different stages of motor skill learning,there are some differences in performance characteristics in the choice of feedback mode.Therefore this article through to the first girl's hands on the chest of the shooting skill learning,analysis of different speed and different timing video feedback of the first girl on both hands on the chest of the effects of the shooting skill learning in order to feedback to the video in the sports teaching the application of combination to provide the reference basis,to further improve video feedback in the sports teaching the application of practical significance and theory significance.This study combined with previous studies choose normal speed,slow speed,immediate feedback and time delay feedback four video feedback way,the subjects were divided into four group,each experiment group randomly choose one video feedback speed type and timing type teaching,in 16 times of experiment course,through test and migration test data,analysis of different speed and different timing video feedback on the first girl's hands on the chest of the shooting skill learning effect.Through the application of different video feedback methods to observe which video feedback method is more conducive to the learning of the two-handed chest shot skills,and how the impact is.After the whole experimental process of research.The results show that:(1)In the experimental pre-test,there was no significant difference in the test scores of the four groups of subjects,which proved that there was no significant difference in the exercise level of the four groups of subjects before the experiment,which met the experimental standards.(2)In the three maintenance tests,the test scores of the normal speed group and the slow speed group were the worst,the slow speed + immediate feedback group had the best results,and the scores of the normal speed + immediate feedback group and the slow speed + delayed feedback group were always in the middle,close to each other,but higher than the scores of the normal speed + delayed feedback group.(3)In the migration test,the performance of the slow speed + immediate feedback group was the best,while that of the normal speed + delayed feedback group was the worst.The performance of the normal speed + immediate feedback group was similar to that of the slow speed + delayed feedback group,with no significant difference.(4)After experimental measurement,slow speed + feedback group and normal speed + delay feedback result differences,significant to 0.01,P < 0.05,the average difference of 10.4667,which indicates that indicates that the first girl's hands on the chest shots in basketball skill learning cognitive stage,slow speed + immediate feedback became one of the four kinds of feedback,the effect is the best way to video feedback,and compared to normal speed + group delay feedback video feedback effect is remarkable.Conclusion:(1)There was no significant difference in the four video feedback methods in the cognitive stage of learning the two-handed and front-chest basketball shooting technique.(2)In terms of speed type,the video feedback group with slow speed achieved higher results than the video feedback group with normal speed,indicating that the video feedback with slow speed has better effects in the teaching of two-handed chest shooting skills for junior high school girls.(3)In terms of timing type,the results of the instant video feedback group were higher than those of the time-delay feedback group,indicating that the application of the instant video feedback is more effective in the two-handed chest shooting skills teaching of junior high school girls.(4)Among the four combinations of different speeds and different times,the slow speed +immediate feedback group achieved the best results,indicating that the video feedback combination of slowspeed + immediate feedback has the best application effect in the teaching of two-hand chest shooting skills for junior high school girls.From the perspective of skill transfer,the performance of the four groups is similar,and the performance of the slow speed + immediate feedback group is the highest,but the difference is not significant.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the transfer effect of the four video feedback methods in the two-hand chest shooting skills teaching of junior high school girls.
