Experimental Research On The Teaching Method Of Video Feedback In The Teaching Of The Original Shot Put Technique

The video feedback teaching is the two aspects of information feedback from the visual and hearing aspects of the students and teachers.The real system presents the complete process of the technical action.However,how to apply the technical action video to the actual teaching of the original shot put into actual teaching,feedback the students’ action video to the students in the actual teaching of self analysis,self study and the joint exploration of technical movements by the teachers and students,breaking through the restriction of the traditional teaching mode,it is worthwhile for me to use the scientific and technological innovation learning method.We explored it deeply.In this study,the experimental group and the control group were applied to the experimental group and the control group by using the video feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method,and then the two groups of students were investigated and analyzed.The results of the experimental group and the control group were tested by the SPSS professional statistics software for t test,Dan Yin Based on the results of the analysis of variance,the results of teaching effectiveness were analyzed by the attitude scale.(1)the application of the video feedback method can obviously improve the students’ interest in the learning of the technical movements of the shot put,and promote the communication and discussion between teachers and students,students and students in the use of video playback to their own technical movements.(2)video feedback teaching method can create a good classroom teaching atmosphere,encourage students to carry out self-study,self correction,mutual action,and mutual discussion action,and help improve the students’ comprehensive ability to find,analyze and solve problems.(3)the teaching method of video feedback enables the students to form the correct original shot shot technical movements faster through the video,understand their action and posture,improve the technical action,and improve the students’ learning efficiency of the technical movement obviously.In the examination of the original shot put,the results of the throwing of the experimental group are obviouslysuperior to the control group.(4)video feedback teaching method can make students understand and master the technical points more clearly in the teaching of shot put,which can make students understand and master the technical points more clearly,which is of great practical significance in the course of our physical education.
