Research objective: backward-sliding shot put is a difficult sport with high technical requirements,and it is difficult for students to master the technical movements in a short time.With the development of physical education curriculum reform,the traditional teachers' interpretation of the technology,demonstration,students' practice of teaching methods,more and more serious challenges,in the process of teaching to seek a new way of teaching,the use of modern means of teaching,for deepening the reform of physical education curriculum is of great importance.Through reviewing a large number of literature materials,it is found that in recent years,bilateral exercises and video feedback gradually appear in physical education classes,and a good teaching effect has been achieved.Bilateral exercises and video feedback come from two different mechanisms,namely bilateral migration theory and feedback principle,and it is found that the combination of these two mechanisms can produce better teaching effect.Based on how to help students better and faster master is difficult,high requirement of technology of backward slide of shot put as a starting point,combine practice and video feedback on both sides,as a new teaching method to the teaching of backward slide of shot put,explore the new teaching method in the teaching of backward slide of shot put,the feasibility to verify whether of backward slide of shot put teaching effect has promoting effect.It provides reference for future scholars in this field.Research methods: this research USES the academic information method,the professor seminar method,teaching experiment,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.A total of 40 students from class 1 and class 4 of 2018 undergraduate physical education major of capital university of physical education were selected as subjects for the 12-week teaching.Students in the experimental group used bilateral exercises combined with video feedback for routine teaching,while students in the control group used traditional teaching methods for routine teaching.In the 7th week of experimental teaching,the formative evaluation of shot put skill was carried out,which mainly included the score of shot put and the score of lead ball skill.In the experimentalteaching to 12 weeks,the shot put movement skills of summative evaluation,evaluation of the main contents are shot put result,lead skill assessment result and the key technology of shot put through video analysis software(sliding velocity,sliding distance and two body centre of gravity distance,implements the vertical projection point to his left foot spacing,sell to height,Angle,initial speed)parsing,and mathematical statistics,the results provide data support and basis for this study.Results: Through the 12-week bilateral practice + video feedback method of intervention teaching,the students in the experimental group had a significant improvement in throwing performance and technical evaluation results(P <0.05);found through the comparison of the results of formative evaluation and final evaluation Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group improved more significantly in throwing performance and technical evaluation results(P <0.05).By comparing the techniques of each phase of backward sliding shot put,it was found that The speed,distance between two centers of gravity and the distance between the vertical projection point of the device and the left foot are significantly better than those of the control group.By comparing the relevant indicators of the shot shot,the experimental group students are more conducive to creating excellent results in terms of shot height,angle and initial speed.Through the investigation of the classroom learning effect of the students in the experimental group,it is concluded that the students give a high evaluation of the use of the two-sided video feedback method in the learning process,and are more willing to accept this novel teaching method.Conclusion:1.Through the analysis of the experimental group and the control group,this study verified the feasibility of using the double-sided practice + video feedback method in the backward sliding shot put shot teaching.2.The use of bilateral practice + video feedback method can enable students to quickly,correctly and proficiently master the technology of back-sliding shot put,improve the performance of shot throwing and technical evaluation,so as to achieve a more optimized shot teaching effect.3.The use of bilateral practice + video feedback method can give full play to the role of bilateral practice transfer and the real-time advantage of video feedback,which improves students' understanding of technical movements and forms the correct appearance of movements,which is conducive to the mastery of shot put skills And use;at the same time,it also enables students to more clearly understand and correct the wrong actions during the practice,which is conducive to the improvement of key technologies and makes the technical actions perform reasonably.4.The use of two-sided exercises + video feedback method is conducive to a better combination of teacher teaching and student learning,this form can not only enhance the communication and discussion between teachers and students,create a good classroom atmosphere,but also Increasing students 'interest in learning and practicing enthusiasm fully mobilized the subjectivity of students' learning.
