Study On The Energy Use Behavior And Influencing Factors Of College Students

As the world's first most populous country,China's energy use has a significant impact on economic and social development.As a special group of residents,college students are in transition to the general population,and their use of energy can not only represent the energy use behavior of students in the current period,but also potentially influence the energy use behavior of ordinary residents.And as the Numbers increase,its energy usage is increasingly important,and how to promote the future energy use of college students is the key to building economy and low carbon society.Based on the literature research,this study used national college students as the research object to screen the social demographic factors,subjective psychological factors and external factors,and to construct a theoretical model of influencing factors for students in colleges and universities,and to study the mechanism of the influence factors of the students in college.Based on the questionnaire survey,data collected from students from different economic regions and colleges and universities in China were used to analyze the data and validate the research model by using the method of structural equation model.Through statistical analysis of questionnaire recovery data,it is found that students in colleges and universities can perform better in traffic behaviors,but there is still a great improvement in space: in residential behavior,although students can turn off the light,the mean value of the air conditioning is 2.93,and the behavior is poor.In terms of food waste,about 50 percent of the students can't do the cd-roms,and the students order food delivery at 4 to 6 times a week,up to 59.55 percent,and the proportion of 7 times and above is 31.52 percent.The proportion of college students in the discount season is 64.29%,and 50% of the students will not wear the clothes directly,which indicates that the students have a serious waste of food and clothing.A survey of other students' behavior found that up to 42 percent of the students were indeed "disposable pens" and were not effectively recycled.On the whole,the behavior of college students still needs to be improved.By differences in test and structure equation model to analyze influencing factors,the results showed that the gender in social demographic factors,education,living level,the regional difference and level of colleges and universities can use behavior has a significant effect on the students.Subjective psychological factors include environmental consciousness,conformity and comfortable preference,three variables can have direct effects on college students with behavior,the environmental consciousness of living,food,transportation and other action effect value was 0.525,0.319,0.581 and 0.525,respectively,with significant influence;The herd mentality has a significant influence on the behavior of4 kinds of behaviors except for other behaviors,and the effect value of clothing behavior is the most significant.The comfort preference has a significant influence on students' living and other behaviors,and is negatively affected.External factors mainly including college education,media and share three variables: economic environment education in colleges and universities main effect to the students who apply for food and traffic behavior,and sharing the economic environment for the traffic behavior of college students has significant effect,media propaganda is more influence students living behavior.In all the influence factors of effect value is larger for the environmental consciousness of traffic and other activities,conformity behavior for clothes,comfortable preference to other behavior,Shared economic environment on traffic behavior and media publicity of living behavior.Therefore,when guiding students to save energy,we should pay more attention to the effects of these kinds of factors,and improve students' energy saving behaviors.
