With the deepening of the new round of curriculum reform in basic education,great changes have taken place in the field of education evaluation in China,from "evaluation of students" to "evaluation for students".The current evaluation emphasizes on promoting the comprehensive development of students' knowledge,feeling,meaning and behavior,rather than just the mastery and application of the learned knowledge.Traditional standardized tests have been insufficient.To promote the transformation of educational evaluation and improve the efficiency of evaluation,the most basic thing is to enhance teachers' own evaluation accomplishment.Through reading and sorting out the relevant books and literature,it is found that the current research on teaching evaluation accomplishment mostly discusses its composition and promotion strategies,and there is still a lack of research on the problems existing in the teaching evaluation accomplishment of teachers,especially the lack of analysis of the teacher evaluation accomplishment in the actual teaching process.Therefore,this study collected a number of classroom teaching videos,aiming to find out the evaluation problems existing in teaching practice,clarify the reasons behind them,and then put forward suggestions for improvement.This study adopts case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the teaching evaluation quality of primary school Chinese teachers in Baotou City.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the research ideas and methods,and the research tools.The second chapter is the research overview,mainly including the concept of evaluation literacy,domestic and foreign research review and theoretical basis;The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the teaching evaluation accomplishment of primary school Chinese teachers.The questionnaire is used to investigate and analyze the evaluation attitude and evaluation knowledge of primary school Chinese teachers in Baotou City.The teaching evaluation accomplishment analysis table is used to analyze the collected teaching videos and find the existing problems.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the teaching evaluation quality of primary school Chinese teachers.It summarizes the problems of the current investigation,and interviews the teachers on the problems,and makes attribution from the internal and external aspects.The fifth chapter is the improvement suggestions of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching evaluation quality,from the relevant system policies,schools and individual teachers three aspects of the improvement suggestions.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the problems in the teachers' teaching evaluation accomplishment are mainly reflected in the following aspects: few evaluation schemes are designed,the evaluation file design is vague,less mutual evaluation and self-evaluation are guided,the evaluation lacks pertinence and development,and the evaluation language is different.The second is the cause of the problems.The teachers themselves are reflected in the lack of knowledge and experience accumulation and the emphasis on evaluation.External factors are the school's lack of attention,lack of relevant evaluation training and examination system;Third,suggestions for improvement are put forward from three aspects: relevant policies and systems,schools and individual teachers.Firstly,the social evaluation environment should be optimized,evaluation courses should be set up,and teachers' access requirements should be raised.Secondly,schools should create an environment conducive to the development of teachers' evaluation quality and organize teaching evaluation training based on teachers' needs.Finally,teachers should correct the attitude of evaluation,expand the knowledge of evaluation,and improve their own evaluation ability in the evaluation practice.
