With the issuance of the "Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards" in 2017 and the continuous development and improvement of the topic-based teaching model,communication and cooperation will become the key abilities required by high school students in learning ideological and political subjects.The cooperative problem-solving model of two or more people has become the mainstream of current learning methods.The concept of basic education reform continues to deepen.Problem solving and cooperative exchanges have become the basic points of the core literacy of Chinese students.Cooperative problem solving is an important content of the PISA2015 evaluation and a key ability for high school ideological and political subjects.This research uses the PISA2015 collaborative problem-solving evaluation framework to explore the CPS presentation of the2017 general high school ideological and political curriculum standards,that is,qualitatively analyze the CPS displayed in each module,and then classify and quantitatively describe its coding,from partial to As a whole,analyze the data from each level to the distribution of each part,and then judge the value of high school ideological and political courses for the cultivation of high school students' cooperative problem-solving ability.The study found that there are more than 200 presentations related to cooperative problem solving in the high school ideological and political curriculum standards,and the overall level of presentation is relatively good.This shows that the 2017 version of the general high school ideological and political curriculum standards intends to infiltrate the improvement of students' cooperative problem-solving ability,but because the distribution of CPS in its modules is unbalanced,and the relevant case carriers provided are less.Therefore,in the process of cooperative inquiry teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools according to the requirements of the curriculum standards,it is necessary to clarify the teaching tasks,construct real teaching situations,and launch appropriate teaching activities to cultivate students' core literacy,improve key abilities,and create an activity-based classroom.
