With the development of society and the enhancement of personal management consciousness,the management of time has become one of the most important way to increase work efficiency and create higher benefits.Being able to use time efficiently is also a key factor in personal development.In the increasingly competitive field of school education,it has become a focus of attention and research to enhance the core competence of school by improving time management ability.Under such pressure,the group of teachers in boarding private schools,who hold multiple jobs and have the same educational responsibilities and greater school development responsibilities as public school teachers and work much longer hours than regular school teachers,this group of teachers is still exploring a path of professional growth.So we should pay more attention on their time management status,awareness,and capacity.Aims at the special group: the boarding private junior middle school teachers,this study is supported by the help of the Literature Method,the Questionnaire Survey Method and the Interview Method.The results show that this group of teachers is generally aware of the value of time and the importance of time management,but the capacity of time management is weak.Based on the analysis of different dimensions,we found that the differences of capacity were mainly reflected in three aspects: length of service,employment status in school and family situation.Based on the above conclusions and the analysis of the relevant reasons,this study puts forward the following suggestions: for teachers themselves,they should set up the awareness of active learning,improve their time management level,and selects the time management method which is advantageous to the own specialized development.The schools should increase the study and training of teachers' time management to enhance the professional development of teachers.At the same time,the schools should focus on giving free rein to the teachers' subjective initiative and creativity and continue to improve measures for evaluating the performance of teachers in schools.From the social point of view,we should persist in deepening the reform of the evaluation system of education and teaching,and construct multi-dimensional evaluation standards to promote the professional development of teachers;at the same time,to reduce the psychological burden and social pressure on teachers,we should strengthen the care for teachers' lives and establish reasonable expectations.
