Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the steady and rapid development of China's economy,China's voice and discourse power in the international community have been continuously improved,the scale and influence of journals and papers on China's Educational Research on the international academic stage have been gradually improved,and the pace of China's educational research towards the world has been accelerated.There are still some questions about the academic influence of international publications of China's educational research and its value in the production of international pedagogical knowledge.This study investigates the academic papers and journals related to China's basic education published in SSCI journals from 2000 to 2020.On the basis of showing the overall overview of China's basic education research in SSCI journals,it explores how these articles describe China's situation,how to define the research value of China's situation,whether the articles answer and how to answer "why to study China's basic education" This is a problem.By combing the narrative of educational stories and experiences in Chinese context and the research value of Chinese context in SSCI journal papers,this paper provides theoretical and empirical basis for reflecting on the influence and contribution of international Chinese Educational Research on the international academic stage,and explores the construction path of Pedagogical Chinese discourse which is more easily accepted by the international educational circles.It is found that the number of papers on China's basic education research on the international education academic stage is increasing year by year,but through content analysis,it can be concluded that some researchers are only interested in the practice of China's basic education,and they are concerned about the similar problems in China's education with other countries,hoping to provide enlightenment for solving international common problems through the research on China's problems and China's experience,Some researchers believe that China is the ideal situation for western theory verification,and put the theory born in the western world into China's unique situation for verification.The results show that although the number of international papers on China's basic education research is increasing year by year,it does not have a profound impact on the production chain of international pedagogy knowledge,and there are few original concepts and theories issued by international Chinese basic education graduate students.Therefore,we should construct a theoretical system and discourse system of basic education with Chinese characteristics and narrate Chinese stories well on the international stage,we need to strengthen the original knowledge production and theoretical contribution.
