Classroom teaching is a two-way communication and activity through dialogue between teachers and students.Teachers and students have different discourse rights in classroom and play different roles to make classroom teaching take different forms.In the traditional teaching,the teacher plays the role of "spokesperson" and "humanist",forming the teacher's discourse hegemony,which is contrary to the current idea of encouraging students to express their individuality and construct their own world.Under the background of the new curriculum,education is the process of "teaching by fishing",while the full realization of students' discourse power is the basic guarantee for effective teaching and common development of teachers and students.This paper on the basis of the reflection on the traditional language classroom students say,to improve the classification system of Flanders interaction analysis,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,on-the-spot investigation into the language classroom,and teacher interview objective present the true state of the students say.In this paper,the author puts forward the alienation of teacher authority,the lack of education wisdom and the school discipline education are the reasons for the relative silence of the students' right of speech,the single expression form,and the reasons given by the teachers.Finally,the author tries to establish a new type of teacher-student relationship by establishing an equal dialogue,to construct a new type of teachers' authority and to improve teachers'.teaching wisdom and other strategies to achieve the ideal status of students' discourse power.
