In the context of the new curriculum reform,the problem of primary school teachers’ workload has been concerned by all walks of life.In the past few years,China has paid high attention to the burden of primary school students,In the past two years,the problem of teachers’ workload has been exposed.The state appeals to the whole society to pay attention to it and has issued relevant opinions and regulations,Subsequently,China’s various regions have made regulations in line with local conditions to guide the society to pay attention to the growth of teachers and create a good environment for teachers to feel at ease in teaching.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the real situation of primary school teachers’ workload.This paper is mainly carried out in the way of narrative research,to reproduce the real educational situation.Through the methods of literature research,observation and in-depth interview,this paper makes a narrative study on the real educational situation of primary school teachers.By means of reappearance of educational situation,this paper analyzes the educational situation deeply,constructs the context of education and forms the narrative text of context.This paper narrates the whole process of primary school teachers’ work through the educational context stories mastered,which leads to in-depth thinking on the daily work of primary school teachers,so as to reiterate the great significance of primary school teachers’ work.The research of this paper mainly includes three parts:the first part is about the description and analysis of Teacher X’s workload in Z primary school,which reproduces the real working situation of teachers;the second part is the "inner monologue" of Teacher X’s workload in Z primary school,which expounds the teachers’ real views behind the workload;the third part is the "inner vision" of Teacher X’s workload in Z primary school,which expresses the teachers’ real expectations for work.Through these three parts of the narrative,in-depth understanding of the true situation of teachers’ workload,to provide reference and reference for the study of primary school teachers.We hope to have a deeper understanding of the problem of primary school teachers’ workload through narrative research,so as to pay attention to the real state and pressure of teachers’ work,clarify the interests and solve the problem reasonably.The research hopes to provide new theoretical ideas and new research perspectives for the related research of education,provide practical basis for the development of education,and promote the development of China’s education with high quality.
